Some birthday dancing for my love. The boy who woke up at 6am this morning what he never does and since then he doesn’t leave his little big bus that he got today. The boy who loves the move of the candles more than blowing them out. The boy who loves to change the diapers of his doll. The boy who loves to play with his trains and cars. The boy who cannot leave the house without two cars in his hands. The boy who loves to paint the walls. The boy who loves to play with mummy’s make up. The boy who loves to imitate daddy’s morning routine. The boy who loves Aladdin, Peter Pan and Vaiana. The boy who loves to dance and sing with me. The boy who is so curious and brave that I really believe his power can reach everything! The boy who is so friendly to everyone, every friend, every stranger, always a sun. The boy who changes atmospheres of whole trains. The boy who knows exactly what he wants to - but who is also so empathic that I cannot describe with words how proud I am. The boy who changed me, who transformed me. The boy who made my heart that big that I think every day it will burst. The boy who teached me that hearts are ballons that never burst. Happy birthday, Adam! I love you!
Exactly now two years ago my labor pains started. I googled how they would feel. Google said ‘exactly like that’. Many hours later (4am) we went to the hospital. Sounds long and yes it is but it didn’t feel like that long. Time doesn’t exist anymore, it’s just you and the wonder of nature. And that’s why I love birthdays - not because of feeling like someone special or to feel like the centre of the world. No it’s simply celebrating that you are in this world. You celebrate every year you are thankful to be born. To be the lucky sperm who won. Once a year you can scream to everyone ‘I AM THE WINNER!’ - oh yes! And how lucky you are! Of course we can celebrate being on earth every day and we do that with our daily bits and pieces. But once a year you can act like a king/queen and nobody can say sth! So be careful to spend your birthday with me because I tell that EVERYONE we see! Back in past: After my contractions started I took a bath. You know what? That’s what I do now. It’s such a lovely memory (memories are always more idyllic). Just me and water. I wish you a happy-being-on-earth-day! ❤️
