A moment of gratitude 💫 .
I am so grateful for life and being able to do and share what I love ❤️.
I truly feel blessed at times like these. Not everyday is great but I truly believe we can find greatness in everyday. ☯️ 💫Benefits of Hip Openers - Hip opening exercises can help counteract the sitting we do in daily life and will help prevent injury and low back pain. Hip opening poses help to open and loosen the joints and muscles around the hips. 💫 The Benefits of Heart Openers. Yoga chest openers or back bends are good for mind, body and soul. By lifting your heart, moving your shoulders back and lengthening the front and back of your body, you reduce back pain and shoulder tightness, and at the same time lift your spirits.
Aerial Yoga with @yin_living
at sunset surrounded by the sound of the waves 💕Aerial Yoga is not only fun but amazing for getting into deeper stretches as well as strengthening and stabilising your core muscles 💪🏻
The Surya mudra is intended to increase the solar/fire element in the body and improve metabolism and digestion. It is also useful in reducing heaviness in the body and to help ward off colds, since it increases core body temperature.
Method: Perform this mudra by bending your ring finger to the base of your thumb so that your thumb touches the ring finger’s knuckle. Stretch your other three fingers straight without stressing the hand.
Elements: Space + Water

Well it’s been a week hasn’t it. Genuinely how I feel after meditation right here. I know I keep banging on about it but without meditation I really lose focus on my day. It’s like everything though right.... the more you do it, the better you are. Take some time everyday to commit to this, even 5 minutes and enjoy the magic. Happy Friday babes 💕 #BSY

Don't seek, don't search, don't ask, don't knock, don't demand ~ relax.
If you relax it comes, if you relax it is there. If you relax, you start vibrating with it.
What helps me most with handstands?
Maybe singing. And journaling. And taking a moment to collect myself.
Why those things?? They remind me to breathe.
