From the other night out at the rock where the recent rains filled the beach. Trying to get focus, hoping the framing is right, and patiently waiting for the long shutter to release makes taking night photos so challenging but so rewarding • Morro Bay, CA
"An orchid in a deep forest sends out it's fragrance even if no one is around to appreciate it." ~Confucius 🙏🌲🍂
👀: An intimate glimpse of a gorgeous orchid who resides at the legendary San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. Divine aromas filled the tropical humid air which surrounded me as the overwhelmingly tranquil atmosphere stripped away every single one of my worries. As always, thank you for looking 🙏 I truly hope you enjoy.
The waves that crashed upon
The rocks that you were trying to walk along
And in my head I heard them play a song
For you and me
Anyone familiar with this song? I can’t stop singing it every time I look at these pictures. It’s called Lost at Sea by Zedd.
Big Sur Adventures: Part II 🌊
My bf and I jumped over a fence and walked towards the edge of the rock formation. I sat on this little cliff — below me waves were crashing. I was terrified! One wrong move and I was gone. But I remained calm and kept my composure as my bf took the shot. I took a deep breath and decided to connect with the universe instead. Suddenly everything was quiet and serene, I had never felt more connected to life than at that very moment. I even spotted a sea otter and I enjoyed McWay falls from afar. (can you see it?) ✨ But, of course, repercussions followed. A park ranger was waiting for us, ready to write up an infraction. But I was way too happy about my little epiphany, it was hard to feel upset. Life is just so beautiful!
THE END 😌 (Find Part I of this story in my previous post)
