Thanksgiving is a time of year to give thanks, celebrate, catch up with family, and fall asleep promptly at 8pm on a Thursday.
For food it is a time to eat those foods you savor and wait for once a year- sweet potatoes, cranberries, roasted turkey, homemade rolls and bread.
Richelle’s cooking shows, along with her admiration of Gordon Ramsey. Seared brussel sprouts with a bacon and cheese sauce. Well cooked and buttered carrots, with deliciously salted sweet potatoes.
Finally a well seasoned and buttered turkey, served with a side of homemade rolls and cranberry sauce.
Thanksgiving demands a wonderfully filling, subtle, and professional touch- a tall order that Richelle hit on the head.
Thank you Richelle Coffey and #VisitingAngels
for giving me a job I never thought Id have, doing something I never thought Id get to do, in a place I never thought Id live.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
