The ended up being a nice close to an Asian-Central Amercian fusion night. Yuzu, blueberries, rum and good vanilla ice cream pair perfectly, and a blueberry/lemon jam cookie finishes it nicely.

200 gr di ceci messi in ammollo per 12 ore e poi cotti per 50 minuti (se sei di fretta vanno bene anche quelli in scatola già cotti)
Succo di un limone 🍋
2 cucchiai di Tahini
2 piccoli spicchi di aglio
4 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva
1 bicchiere di acqua tiepida
Sciogli la tahini nel bicchiere di acqua tiepida poi
Metti tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore potente, aziona e mentre frulli se è troppo denso aggiungi altra acqua, al fine regola di sale se serve e di olio!!! Guarnisci con la paprika

This has been my evening “cool down” after everyone is finally asleep. It’s super easy to make:
2 cups of frozen coconut cream
I small frozen banana
1 Tbs coconut sugar
1 tsp spirulina
2 drops of #doterra
Blend all until creamy in #vitamix
Spoonful of raw, organic cacao
Coconut oil (enough so that chocolate is liquify)
Small tsp of honey
Drizzle on top of coconut ice cream and then place in freezer for a few minutes so that it develops a crunchy shell topping. Then break it into pieces and stir it up.
It’s so yummy and I’ve been having some friends ask how I make it. I’m not at all into measurements when I create my recipes, but this is pretty close.

Homemade strawberry cashew butter dEATs: In a @vitamix
or high powered blender/food processor, blend 1 cup unsalted cashews for 2-3 minutes. Once it starts to combine, add 1-2 tbsp. coconut oil (or more depending on how creamy you would like it to be) and blend for another 2 minutes. Add in 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries and blend for 2 more minutes or until it’s the consistency you like! •
