I ate chickfila pretty often probably after being 6 months post op. Or so. Haven’t had it in months though since I’ve tried to cut back on fast food. Had a coupon for a free @chickfila
sandwich so I went today & of course I had to get a lemonade with it 😁
Lunch. Messy ass table. Lunch vitamins. ✅✅✅ Yes, sometimes I enjoy some kind of pop Zero. I burp instantly and always have. No my pouch hasn’t stretched. No I don’t drink them all the time. I’ve got major tonsil stones right now and I’m trying to get them to come out because they hurt so bad. I’ve been eating a lot of nuts, lately, and I always get them from that. Today’s lunch is a low carb tortilla (9 carbs, 3net) romaine, turkey, mozzarella stick, and tomatoes, and garlic hummus as a “sauce” 😋Me and the boys just got home from running around at the walk at the park. If Karson has a good day, we’ll be eating pizza for dinner. He picks his favorite meal, if he gets all happy faces. I’m thinking of taking the toppings and putting them on this low carb tortilla.

A different type of transformation - the photo on the left was probably early June when we first moved to CO while the right was this morning. Between the 2 photos I’ve lost about 30 pounds & (fun fact) the photo on the left was an “after” picture not long ago! I’ve honestly been happy at my weight since being under 200 pounds so wherever my body wants to rest at a weight, that’s fine by me sis! 💁🏻♀️

•Used local grass fed beef that was so unbelievably delish, sautéed a small onion, added @sprouts
taco seasoning, with 1/3 cup of @raoshomemade
Sauce (it was left over from the weekend), My serving was 3.0 Oz, 1/2 teaspoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon total of cheese, 1/2 teaspoon taco sauce. Tapped out at 2.5 Oz - hubby ate the rest.
