If you've been around here for a while, you know I love me some ice cream. It's my hands-down favourite treat of all time, and I'm not going to lie, I certainly ate my fair share of it while we were in Italy! 🍦
So, one of my go-to hacks when I want a treat, but am wise enough to know I shouldn't eat it all the time (sigh), is to make frozen sorbet-style desserts using fruit.
I've already shared a couple of versions on the blog (including my Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream which is unreal 🙌), but I tried this watermelon version and loved it so much I figured I'd share it too!
Calling this a "recipe" is probably a bit of a stretch, it's basically just 3 ingredients in a blender, but hey, why the heck not. 💁♀️
Not only is it simple to make, but it makes a bunch and stores really well in the freezer for when you just want a little something to help take the edge off.
