If your following me here on Insta (thank you btw!) you’ve probably noticed that I kinda suck at the “social” aspect of sm.
To put it simply, I’m just shy when it comes to Insta, Twitter, Facebook etc. which is weird because I’m not at all IRL, just (digitally) kinda a private person.
Consequently, most of my social media accounts end up being “portfolio” accounts which is admittedly kind of dumb. Sorry about that ;)
I will try to do better at this, especially if I think that I’ve got something that might be useful to you in a meaningful way.
So, today I thought that I’d take this quick opportunity to share with you something that my family has been dealing with since Friday...
Long story short, my husband Gregg was admitted into the hospital on Saturday morning for an emergency abdominal surgery & a pneumonia infection.
Guys, for the second time in just a few months, he almost died. His doctors straight up told me that if we hadn’t gone to the hospital this weekend I’d be burying him today.
Thank God I got to bring him home instead. His recovery will take some time but we expect good things going forward.
The thing I wanted to say today to all of you is simply this.
Love one another. Be there for the people in your life and let them know that you’ve got their back through thick and thin.
Don’t panic when the tough part comes your way.
Ask for help when needed and accept prayers when offered.
Be grateful for the time you’ve got.
Also, your not alone and your life matters waaaay more than you could possibly imagine.
