Okay, so we have made it halfway through the week already! WOOHOO👏🏻 Although tomorrow is only Thursday, we never like to see it as just another Thursday, but more like Friday Jr.! That sounds more appealing right?! 🙌🏻🤗

After a Monday and Tuesday feeling weird. Today I was full of energy. I am guessing that means my body has transitioned back into Ketones for fuel after a Saturday of "carbs" . That Monday and Tuesday experience though was enough for me to say "Never Again"... Only time will tell.
Wednesdays I typically do stuff I haven't done in a while in the gym... in this case Snatches 😁! Haven't done them in a few months. Not bad for being self taught and not a Crossfit Athlete, right? For this segment of the gym workout I did -a portion what my day job calls "Conditioning Drills"
-Hip mobility exercises
-Bar Snatch warm up sequence that is taught by most Crossfit Boxes
-then backed off to 95 for 3 reps.
I did 2x20 Leg Curls; 2x50 Unilateral Body Weight Calf Raiser, followed by Various Cable exercises for upper body 2x20 each exercise concentrating on muscle contractions.

1️⃣ Lilly and I are stubborn. @timbo_slic3d said - “we both live by our own rules”. 😂🤔 🧐
2️⃣ We are up very early.
3️⃣ We love food.
4️⃣ We love cuddles. Lilly has timing preferences, I don’t.
5️⃣ We love to travel.
TigerLilly is my little helper specially when I cook. She helps cleaning up and picking up the scraps or eating anything I drop.
