Believing we deserve it and Believing we will actually achieve our goals.
One example the author uses in the book is An individual who desires to quit smoking.
When approached by another "would you like a cigarette?"
The reply should not be "No thanks, I'm trying to quit."
"No thanks, I'm Not a smoker." The difference is the Belief and Becoming the person that we are desiring to be as apposed to "Trying." It's deep, but it make sense.
