, I really like this simple plan because in reality it’s EXTREMELY hard to just jump into exercising everyday if you’re lazy like me (which is really hard for me at the moment since I don’t have a schedule I can stick to working random hours) however, so far I’ve done okay eating. I’ve even noticed a slight difference already, #weekone
I would say is a success. I haven’t given up, and I would say throughout the week I’ve ate well compared to my old diet. I didn’t eat out once - cheated 4/5 times (cheese pizza, some candy, one chocolate chip cookie). But daily I’ve stuck to a healthy breakfast, a basic lunch (chicken/salad/pb&j) and added some more vegetables to my dinners and did well with drinking more water! Sunday Austin and I will post our week two progress pics even though it’s a couple days off to get a start on the healthy scheduling 📟 week one overall doesn’t seem like much of a difference, but I just have to trust the process. #diet #healthyeating #motivation #food #fitness #scheduling #healthylifestyle #trusttheprocess

This past week and for the next 23 days I’m a carnivore🥩
What does this mean? Well it’s pretty simple.. I eat meat, just meat. I treat myself & spice things up with a little cheese here and there. But yes all meat, two meals a day & I do intermittent fasting along with it.
So you are probably thinking why on earth would you just eat meat?! Well I’ve been really struggling to get back to where I feel comfortable in my own body as well as my fitness level. My husband is also a personal trainer & he decided to try out this “Carnivore” diet to see how it works. So in the hopes of breaking all my bad eating habits & supporting him, it’s meat madness!
I don’t think that this eating style or “diet” is for everyone or that I would consider eating like this for more than my 30 days but it’s had it’s perks:
🍗I’m down 8 pounds in a week. I know a lot, if not most of it is water weight but I’ll take it. 🍗I get to eat until I’m full & that’s amazing! 🍗I am not a hungry witch🤭 Any other time I’ve started a new eating plan I’ve been HANGRY!! I know I’m hungry but I’ll survive & I won’t bite someone’s face off for no reason. 🍗I feel full & satisfied longer.
🍖Meat is not my favourite. I really miss fruit & veggies. 🍖I miss ketchup! I miss it sooo much😭 I know it’s terrible but I love it. One of those nasty habits I’m kicking in these 30 days.

Last week I decided to drastically change my diet as I was starting putting weight on again. I was fed up of feeling bloated after eating bread, potatoes, rice, pasta etc and after a lot of research I decided to try the Keto Diet (low carb, high fat, zero sugar). I can’t begin to express the funk I had been in due to my injury, weight gain, and other stressors in my life. I was over complicating things and underestimating myself. Hiring a coach was something I contemplated for months, and I knew if I wanted to compete - - - it was necessary to get the results I want. Sure, I can write my own program and track my macros. But finding a coach, who believes in me, and who’s job is literally to do what it takes to help me succeed... it’s a game changer.
