The fiber in fruit slooows the blood sugar spike people CLAIM that happens! You would literally have to eat an entire watermelon, or an overdosed amount to gain fat. There is a process to fat gain from fructose. Not super fast I can assure you! .

Trying to maintain muscle till my trip to Florida. Food gets the best of me 😂😂 I’m weak when it comes to Taco Bell and sour punch candy. I’ve been going up and down in weight; 129lbs. - 131lbs. I’ve met my first fitness goal which was to gain 10 pounds of muscle. I was 120lbs which was very skinny but fit. I’m very happy with my overall progress and now i plan to set some new fitness goals and see what else I can achieve. 💪🏼💪🏼 #bootygainz

Are all for moments like this, sipping iced coffee on my porch swing in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday. I’m not saying it’s easy, I’m no saying it all happens over night heck or even in a year. What I am saying is that if I have to give up some things now to have a life time of freedom you bet your bottom dollar I will do it. Why? Because I want to be a stay at home mom someday, I want to buy my dream car outright, I want to build Brandon and I’s dream home, because I want to show people how worthy they truly are, to show them how it is possible to love themselves, embrace themselves and overcome their self limiting beliefs to reach their highest potential.

Just because I’m a personal trainer, does not mean i have always known how to eat healthy or how to get results in the gym. Like anything, it has taken time. .
Growing up, i actually didn’t know anything about nutrition at all. I ate junk food all the time, and i would drink soda like it was water😳 .
Thankfully, as i got older i knew the way i had felt was not how i wanted to feel day to day, for the rest of my life. So, because of that feeling i started learning about working out. I would go to the gym five days a week. Like most people, i had no clue what i was doing at first😂 I started hating squats because my back would hurt so bad afterwards. Little did i know, my form was AWFUL. .
After going to the gym for a few months, i really felt a difference. But it still wasn’t enough for me. I started learning about nutrition. I thought that if i go to the gym and work hard, i can still eat McDonald’s all day🤦🏻♀️ Your body NEEDS proper nutrition. .
You don’t need to change your entire diet overnight. Start small. Drink more water. Don’t let it overwhelm you.... you got this .

It’s National Tri week! I thought I would throw this picture up. Almost 1 month ago I had the worst race of my life in 70.3 Ironman Costa Rica (virus came on) but when all that was going on I was able to have the mental strength to keep pushing to that finish line and throw this smile in even though I was thinking tons of other things at that time! Mental tests against myself were happening!
A day I will never forget and a day in the past that you can only learn more about yourself from.
Sometimes it’s not about having the best race and it’s about what you can do in moments that you weren’t expecting!
That’s what I love about Triathlon! The challenge, the strength, the mental game the failures they all make you better one way or another! This was my shit show and I hope to never race like that again but so glad I made that finish line.
They always say run, walk, crawl whatever you have to do! Well this one started with a 7 mile run first off the bike then a 6 mile walk, jog, 🤮, 💩hitting the porta potty with that sequence till the finish! Then ended in medical twice in 2 days for either food poisoning or virus! Ended up a virus!
I made the finish! So Like Ironman says “Anything is possible”
I am ready to hit the race course again this weekend in Ironman Lake placid!
Good vibes coming I can feel it! This one will be a challenge but so blessed to be able to train and do this in life!
Hair's getting longer by the day! 😄✌💇 also, update on my weight gaining progress for you who care about that shit 😂 since I started eating more food and on a partially strict schedule (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and supper? About 2 hours apart.) and started doing lunges, walking, cykling, and some upper body strength workout almost everyday, I've gone from 50,5kg in the morning to 57,5kg in the morning (and 59kg in the evening! 😱). I've been feeling happy for longer periods of time, though I still get quite depressed from time to time. I have muscles on my legs again, so walking and cykling really feels so much easier now. I've also not had a smoke in 1 month and 16 days! I'm fucking proud of myself right now! 😄✌ gonna make tahini now so I can make hummus! Saney, over and out! 😉✌
