DO YOU EXEPERIENCE PAIN 💥 IN THE FRONT OF YOUR SHOULDER?
There could be many reasons why you are experiencing pain on the anterior part of the shoulder. But today we are talking about "Rowing".
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
When many people row they never set their scapula before pulling with the arm, if this happens it keeps the shoulder forward and elevated creating strain and pressure through the connective tissues. If done repeatedly increases sensitivity and inflammation which causes pain.
HOW TO FIX🔨
Before starting to row with the arm we want to set the scapula, pulling them back ➡️ and down ⬇️ locking them in place. This keeps the shoulders back when rowing and pressure off the front of the shoulder. .
If you are finding that you can't put yourself into that position for whatever reason it could be a mobility problem. But... that is a topic for another day.

Yes I’ve gained weight since my last show and I could not be happier! Yes you heard that right, I’m happy to GAIN WEIGHT!
Being stage lean isn’t maintainable, nor is it healthy by any means to be that lean long term
We go through extremes to get to that point and only look like this for a very short period of time, so please do keep that in mind next time you are comparing your everyday self to someone’s stage shots (easier said than done, I catch myself even doing it from time to time), but it’s not maintainable, they don’t even maintain that even haha
Since gaining weight post show I feel 10000x healthier, I have so much more energy, my lifts have been insane, workouts have been aahhhhhhmazing and I’m overall a lot happier with my physique after putting on some weight
I feel I look and perform my best with a little extra something something ya know.. plus hello FOOD IS LIFE 🙋♀️🍟🍔🌮🍕
By no means has gaining weight been easy. It’s so hard mentally watching the scale go up, your clothes fitting differently and your shreds start to fade, but physically I feel so much better and my health is finally starting to get back on track and in the end that’s the most important part 💕

Got in good heavy upper body workout with several PRs! Almost one week into carnivore experiment, energy seems high, we will see how it goes.
Bench press 95 lbsx30, 225x3, 245x5(vid), 255x3
Ez Bar Curl 75x10, 75x10, 95x8
Military 135x5, 165x4 (vid), 135x9
Hang clean 135x4, 165x4, 185x2, 195x1 (vid), 135x5
Reverse curl ez bar 75x7 3 sets
Incline rows Dumbell 45lbsx8 two sets, then 12 reps last set
Incline Dumbell bench press, 45x12 reps two sets, 17 on the last one
Finished with some forearm wrist curls and a quick triceps burnout on tricep extensions

So the Airbnb has a pretty decent gym. And yes, I am that guy who workouts when I’m on holiday.
At my new lower body weight I can still bang out 405x6 with no sleeves.
