I used to drink 6 cups of coffee and 1 litre of cola light each day, easily. Decided it can't be good for my body and started to drink way more water instead! I want to start a whole new fitness journey after my exams, but for now I need to focus on school. Have a nice saturday!

Before nutritional cleansing I was lifeless, I was extremely unhealthy, unmotivated and was living life on the side lines. I was emotionally, mentally and physically broken.
I said YES in Jan 2015, after I knew i had to make a change for my health. I had been admitted to hospital twice due to health issues and it scared me so much that being 33 and this unhealthy I needed to make a change and FAST.
In 2015 I lots 18kgs and 176cm. In 2016 I decided to join a gym, over the next year I dropped 2 dress sizes and gain some muscle. I thought this was it, I thought I have got to where I wanted to go.
That was until Nov 2018 I competed in the Canterbury Raw Cup Powerlifting Competition. I never knew my body could feel this good, nor did I ever know that my body was capable to doing what I am capable of doing now.
If I can go from rock bottom to where i am today – Anyone can do it, my advice is just say YES, and start.
It's the reason i share this, genuinely helping people. No other feeling like it😊
Good gravy it was a hard day. I was just so bloated and uncomfortable, but I pressed through this workout and hit 600 calories. Ain't easy but happy I did it. .
For some reason we always end up at the casino 🤷🏼♀️ Had such a good time at the Christmas party last night with these crooked units 💖 definitely feeling worse for wear today ☠️🤦🏽♀️

So it’s the best feeling to be back in the gym, FULL OF CARBS 😋 getting ridiculous pumps and enjoying the iron paradise once more 👌🏼

💪🏽💖 Enough to keep me motivated on a Friday night. One of our first photos together 😭 I felt so so awful in the first few months after having Evelyn that there are very few photos of us together. It makes me so determined to get this last bit of weight off quickly so that I can enjoy having a million and one photos taken with my girl every day 💖 .

Transformation Tuesday - Set yourself goals and work hard for them every single day, the only trick is not to give up and make it your lifestyle and I guarantee you will achieve exactly what you set out to do!!! I set out to get healthy and lose half my body weight and with the right mindset that is what i achieved, going from a UK size 24 at 280lbs to a UK 8, shedding 140lbs in 2 years. But its not over for me, every day is a chance to better my health and wellbeing, getting stronger and fitter day by day, as like I said this is my lifestyle, there is no end date or short term diet. Be realistic, don't rush the process nd don't compare your journey or self to anyone else. I got to know who I was and addressed my bad habits, replacing them with new healthier habits, and i couldn't be more happier than where I am today. So if you have a health, fitness or weightless goal just make the start, work for it, don't give up and you can have what you have always dreamed of!.

I’m not sure of my weight here but I’ll say I was definitely hurting and tired that day from the foster care party I helped put on with the agency I worked for back then! Today I am at 294lbs and happy and have lots more energy!!
