There is no better feeling than having a client open up and tell me something that they are struggling with and then seeing the sense of relief on their face when I give them a game plan that allows them to feel like they can overcome the situation.

Hey fam... It's been a really tiring couple of days... involving hospital trips, car troubles, and the need for a new, very needed applicance. .
They really say trouble come in threes. .
I struggled to stay sane AND eat well, and a couple of times it was only one or the other, and thankfully I had God to turn to when it got a bit much. Today I was able to eat something that wouldn't make me feel sick (even though really good at first), or have me feel all bloated and big like a hot air balloon. So here's a #foodpost

I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to @lindsaystay
for not only doing a fabulous job organizing Tampa’s Super Saturday Event but allowing me to lead the Workout among so many dedicated & committed coaches!
Now I have been teaching group fitness for over 4 years but to get the opportunity to LEAD a workout from the workout program that changed my life postpartum in front of coaches that I look up to was just electrifying. Leading the workout on a stage compared to just doing it in my living room had me feeling ALL the feels! The energy that filled the room during last nights workout STILL is giving me goosebumps just by the thought of it!
Last year when I attended the event the incredible @thechrisdowning
led us through the workout and I don’t even have words to describe how powerful that workout was. If you don’t know who Chris is, you really should because that man will change your life! That workout FOREVER changed how I perceived fitness. So being able to lead the workout this year was so intimidating but I am so GLAD I went out of my comfort zone to lead a LIIFT 4 workout among Tampa’s Beachbody Coaches!
If you told me last year I would be up on the stage where Chris was instructing I would have laughed at you.
If you told me three months ago when I was in the hospital having my second son that I would be on stage leading a LIIFT 4 workout I would have said you were completely out of your mind.
I never in my wildest dreams thought I was capable of being able to do any of this. I never thought these “at home” workouts would give me results let alone FREEDOM.
So thank you everyone that participated/stayed for last nights workout & thank you @lindsaystay
for allowing me to have this opportunity!

BUT WHEN IS NEXT TIME? Tomorrow? Next Monday? New Years?! Stop wishing your life away and living through the emotions. THATS NOT LIVING! #livefortoday #takechances

My goal is to eat as close to keto as possible, but beware...if I want some oatmeal or an apple I will eat it. I track my meals on My Fitness Pal and keep an eye on macros but mostly I am lazy keto’ing my way to better health and a goal weight. I do hope to one day be fat adapted but to be honest geeing into ketosis and staying there is simply not a priority right now.
Thank you for following and I hope I can give those on a similar journey some tips and meal ideas as I go.

☝🏻I’d like to give an advice to you all who are struggling around food.
Limit treats, but don't eliminate them entirely. If you deprive yourself of some of your favorite things, you might overindulge later. Learn to live with the foods you love, rather than avoid them entirely.
✔️When I say “don’t buy” I mean you shouldn’t buy an entire cake or a huge package of chips home, however, you can have a slice of cake or 1 small package of chips. Nowadays you can find everything in small packages or portions. I know they are more expensive when you just buy a little portion rather than x10 package deals but your health is more important than the money! If you care about your health and your body (the only shelter you HAVE TO live in for your entire life) you should INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH.
😋I usually treat myself once a Week or I have some bites throughout the day if I crave for something so I don’t overindulge later. Also, keeping your mind busy is the best thing you can do to yourself🙌🏻 Get hobbies where you forget else!
“Are you having twins??” - “God you’re so big already!” - These are my most common inbox messages at the moment, the answer to both is no. I’m not having twins and I’m not big. My bump is measuring perfectly for the amount of weeks I am and I for once I’m actually really happy with my body. I’ve spent years dieting and trying to fix it (which was the right decision at the time) but now I can embrace the curves and enjoy it. I’m still keeping healthy and active so what more can I do? 🙈. Also, can anyone recommend a good pregnancy workout app/plan. I need to start doing more core stuff to prepare my body for labour but I don’t have a clue where to start 😂
