Happy Hump Day πŸ‘ β€’ I don’t have the peachiest or perkiest bum and it’s my hardest area to target but I’m trying πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ β€’ Been a bit quiet recently with the posts, going through a funky time so haven’t felt very motivational. β€’ Third year of university is hard emotionally and physically. Settling into some form of a routine when your timetable changes weekly isn’t easy and I’ve found it hard to balance training and everything else. β€’ Not training makes my depression take over especially because I’m stressed with deadlines. I’m trying really hard to sort some kind of routine out because I’m tired of my negative mood impacting all aspects of my life. Good morning world, first time in my adult life I'm under 70kgs. 70kg/154lbsπŸ”“ goal has been unlocked today, I wish I could be more thrilled but I woke up with intense elbow tendon soreness that I need to discuss with my teammates whether I can train thru and chew ibuprofen or whether I have to stay home. Finished my 45 min high volume pull session with these rope curls - Exercise is great if you just want to get a pump or if you really want a good stretch and contraction - If you want a quick back/pull session give this one a goπŸ’ͺ🏾 took 45 mins roughly to complete. - 1. Bodyweight pull-ups 4 sets of 10 2.lat pull down- 4 sets of 14reps 3. Seated Machine row- 3 sets of 12 reps 4. When I reflect on the days when I had to work Monday - Friday 9-5 and on call weekends, partying and drinking my life away, I remember thinking to myself, there’s gotta be a better way to do life 😩 β€’ At that point, I knew nothing about starting my own business, entrepreneurship, or network marketing. But I was WILLING and EAGER to learn and HOW to live life on my own terms. β€’ I soon realized that nothing great happens overnight, it takes time and consistency.
