Some of my favorite (no equipment) warm-up exercises. - Arm Rotations - Jumping Jacks - Iron Mikes - Flutter Kicks - Pushups Warm-up exercises are often exercises with reduced stress compared to regular exercise and have a high rep count. The goal is to increase blood circulation and prepare muscles and joints for increased work. Warm-ups prepare the body for the shock of work/stress. Preparing the body allows the body to function to a higher ability (produce more energy and increase mobility) and reduces risk of injury (pulled muscles, joint injury, cramps, etc). Dumbbell rows. One of my favorite back exercises to grow your overall back and add some thickness. I usually use one arm to hold on to something in this case a bench. - Key tip: Pull with your elbow and stretch your lat at the very end of the movement.
