I had no clue what I was doing when I first started trying to get healthy and lose weight. I thought I needed to eat under 800 calories a day, do a minimum of one hour of cardio, and never eat another french fry for the rest of my life. Ummmm.. that basically sums up as the worst thing ever. When I finally found the home workout programs that I still do to this day, everything changed. Weightlifting does WONDERS for the female body, I can eat fries and sweets in moderation and still lose weight, and I don’t even have to step foot in the gym, which is not my cup of tea🤷🏼♀️
I know this is the time of year where we put off all these goals until our New Year’s Resolutions roll around (I’ve done it before, too, many times🙈), but there are still SIX weeks left in the year!! I’m not slacking off during this last bit, and I want to help YOU do the same! We’re in this together 💪🏼.
My Year End Resolution group is getting a kickstart this week, and I want you to do it with me so we can BOTH hold each other accountable! It’s very simple - workout 4-5 days a week from home or bring the workouts to the gym, simple nutrition, no guess work, no starvation, treats included 😉, and DAILY support and accountability from myself and everyone else in the group working towards the same goals you are!! It’s everything you need to get started NOW instead of wasting time until the new year!

Såhär ser dagen ut hittills. Veckobonus och dagspoints redan förbrukade UTAN dåligt samvete. Idag registrerar jag allt men tillåter mig att äta precis vad som helst, imorgon är jag åter inom mina dagspoints. Får springa några extra varv på löpbandet imorgon istället 👌😍 Hoppas ni alla har en härlig lördag ☀️
