How do you move? 🏃🏼♀️💃👯♀️ Day 4 of the #7daysforeverybody
asks us to share our favorite ways to move/incorporate fitness into our journey. For me, it’s a tie so I’m sharing 2!
One of my favorite forms of fitness is The Fitness Marshall! You’ve heard me talk about this before, but in case you didn’t know, The Fitness Marshall is a YouTube channel where Caleb and his backup booties perform dance cardio to popular music. I love it because you can do it at home, there’s no skill required, it pushes me out of my comfort zone, and I’ve met some incredible ladies through our kindred appreciation!
My second favorite way to move is walking our dog, Primrose. We adopted her in September and she’s a bucket of energy that requires at least one walk a day. I love walking her after work or on a weekend morning because I’m able to get my movement in, make the puppers happy, and enjoy my neighborhood all at the same time. I will say it’s not as enjoyable during the winter months, but I still make it a priority to take her on walks, just with a coat on for both of us!
