Bonsoir à tous. Ce soir pour le dîner j’avais envie de cuisiner des mousselines aux poireaux et au jambon. C’est une recette @ww_france que j’adore faire 🤗. Je vous ai mis toute la recette détaillée étape par étape dans ma story. Et sinon la recette @ww_france originale est dans ce post (avant dernière photo😉). J’ai fait quelques adaptations mais légères légères (je mets de la crème fraîche 15%, je ne beurre pas mes cocottes et je mets de la muscade à la place du poivre). C’est super bon ! Et pour 3sp uniquement. Ensuite j’ai mangé une was (1sp) et un yahourt aux fruits 0% (2sp). Total dîner 6sp. Total journée 22sp. Je termine ma semaine avec une RH -2. Doing some food prep today. One of my staples is steamed (hard-boiled) eggs. I get the water to boil in a sauce pot with a lid and a veggie steamer basket. Once the water is boiling, I add my eggs... usually 6 fit, but you can stack them! I use an egg timer and a regular timer. I like medium eggs, but they peel better for lunches if they are more well-done. I set my timer today for 12 minutes, but 12-14 min seems to do well without overcooking the eggs. (I never allow the yolk to turn green... you shouldn't either!) After steaming, I bathe the eggs in cold water, draining them with the steamer basket turned upside down as a drain lid. While not always perfect, steaming the eggs instead of boiling makes the shelling process much, much easier later! Just be sure to allow the eggs to fully cool in cold water before shelling. Since I'm going to be packing these for work snacks, I'm leaving the shells on. How to deal with unsupportive partners ☺️ (get rid) 🙄No in all seriousness a common theme amongst clients is “it was all going so well until my boyfriend made me get pizza/ice cream/god knows what else” 🙅🏼‍♀️. . Whilst this is completely frustrating and I can see how hard this card be for people so it may be worth considering how your partners support can impact your fitness goals, if they are making you miss the gym every week and binge on the weekend it may be worth having a word 🤷🏼‍♀️ . Things you could do to get around this is make “Fitness” something you do together #coupleswhotraintogetherstaytogether 🤢 but jokes aside the clients who get the best results usually have their partners on side and the ones who do it together tend to make a tonne of progress. If you make the gym somewhere you can enjoy going together you are much more likely to go as your staying accountable to someone else and not just yourself. . Try and make meals you can both enjoy that may just include a few extras so that neither of you feel like you can’t eat together. . Save your calories for things like “date night” so you can still enjoy your usual time without it effecting your fitness goals or find ways to incorporate your goals into your date nights for example taking your own snacks to the cinema 🍿. . Generally being more active together will do nothing but help both of you 🙋🏼‍♀️ . Failing that speak to your partner and explain what your fitness goals mean to you and if they can’t refrain from rubbing pick n mix in your face every weekend .... well 💁🏼‍♀️ . 5 days late but here’s what 1 month of WW has been for me. And today I’m down another 1.4 lbs for a total of -10.4 (progress pic soon). I’m so thankful I was convinced by watching other people’s journeys. 1 month and this program still feels so sustainable, so steady. It’s been assimilated into my regular routine, and there hasn’t been any event that I’ve felt isolated from because of food restrictions. Can’t wait to see where I am at the end of month 2.
