Every animal on the planet can teach you wonderful things about persistence and determination.
Have you ever seen an animal being disappointed about something? I haven’t! Animals adjust to the present situation and do whatever they can to thrive. Yes, without giving up!
When I first got Leo, I couldn’t believe how determined he is to get on a counter he couldn’t reach back then. He wasn’t even slightly bothered by it – he looked at it as a challenge to overcome, not as a problem!
My Life After My Spiritual Awakening 🎆

Here’s my take on what to expect after a spiritual awakening!
The reason why I wanted to talk to you about this is simple:
I know what it feels like to go around looking for peace - not realizing you already have it inside you.
I know what it feels like to be unhappy with the life you’re living.
I know what it feels like to believe that change isn’t possible.
Don’t compare yourself! 📩
Comparing yourself to others is only good if it motivates you to be a better person. Any other comparison gets a no-go from me!
It’s just that whenever you look at someone else, you only see the good stuff. I’m willing to bet that there are days even when Angelina Jolie hates her reflection in the mirror.
Remember – you always have an advantage over others just by being yourself. There’s no one like you on the planet anyway!
🧘♀️ Exercise & eat well
I’m not telling you this because you’re not good enough already. Or because you need to lose or gain weight.
It’s just that whenever you do this, you get the sense that you’re taking care of your body. And you cannot NOT love something you’re taking care of daily, right?
Eat foods that are good for you and find an exercise you love. You’ll notice the change in the first month alone, I promise!
Ever since I’ve started doing yoga, my posture improved massively and that was one major confidence boost!
We’re bombarded with images of what the ideal body is supposed to look like. And if yours doesn’t, then uh-oh, here comes trouble! .
One of the main reasons why I love spirituality is because it taught me my physical body
looks doesn’t define the worth of my soul. They’re two separate things – each beautiful
in its own way.

Love shouldn’t be about pain.
It’s great if you love the other person – just don’t forget to love yourself too.
And trust me when I say – once you learn what real love is really about, you won’t settle down for anything less!

You can’t change your tomorrow if you constantly think about your yesterday. And besides, you can’t do much about the things that happened to you at some point in your life.
By letting go of the bad memories, you heal and close wounds. In return, that creates more space for you to fill out with happy memories and good feelings.
So I urge you to forgive & forget – and open up your heart for more of the good things.

1. What’s your relationship with yourself?
Or optionally – how do you think of yourself? One of the goals of your spiritual journey is to establish a better connection to your inner self – to your real self that’s often hiding.
In my experience, people don’t really love themselves nor really know themselves enough. I used to be the same. I used to let others dictate my worth. In fact, I used to base the opinion I had about myself on what other people thought of me!
How ridiculous is that, huh?
Now, I can proudly say that I’m in a kind & loving relationship with myself. I’m well aware of my flaws and yet I consciously choose to treat myself as my best friend. Every single day
I don’t need to write much to describe intuition to you but I often like to say that intuition is my superpower. And it can easily become yours too!
Intuition often gave me guidance when I needed it the most – and saved me from a handful of big mistakes in the past.
But I think it’s just sad that people don’t get to use intuition that much – plenty only rely on intuition in a crisis, not when making everyday life decisions.
So how do you make intuition your superpower in your day to day life? How do you learn to make better choices? Is that even possible?
Sure it is.
The secret lies in learning how to sharpen your mind and start listening to your gut feelings just a bit more closely.
Basically, here’s what happens most of the time:
Your brain is busy, busy, busy – there are thoughts shooting through your mind even in the middle of the night.
It’s easy for things to get overwhelming for a while. You’ve feelings, emotions, responsibilities, problems, challenges, personal issues… the list can go on & on.
There’s constant noise in your mind.
And your gut feelings – and whatever else your intuition is screaming at you – gets drowned in the noise!

Your ego kills your personal relationships
Having too much of an ego is one sure way to lose everyone that matters to you. It’s just that it’s easy to start thinking others owe you something when the ego takes over.
Don’t fall into the trap. Connections are good for you! Yes, even when you don’t have any real benefit from hanging out with someone.
Don’t let the ego drown empathy. Instead, try to become more compassionate and caring for the people around you. Seek for deeper connections with everyone. Put yourself out there – and the Universe will respond appropriately.
Is love supposed to feel that way?
I wasn’t aware of this at the time but let me tell you now: it’s a big, fat NO. .
Love isn’t supposed to feel like that.
Love isn’t pain.
Love isn’t mean to hurt you – in any way whatsoever.
Relationships shouldn’t be painful – and shouldn’t feel like you’re the only one trying to make it work!
I mean, sure, there are the highs and the lows in each relationship – those are completely okay.
I’m talking here about the times when you feel like the world is crumbling to pieces just because of something your partner has said or done intentionally – even if they knew that was going to cause you suffering.

Why do best things happen in life when you least expect them to?
Well, it’s all about learning to let go. Mostly, awesome things happen because you let go of your expectations.
You do an energy shift – you no longer focus on waiting.
You no longer focus on craving.
And you no longer send off the vibe of not having to the Universe.
Instead, you focus on enjoying.
You give off positive vibes. You send out the vibe of abundance
We broke all of our bedtime 💤parenting rules tonight and brought Violet out for her first fireworks 🎇 🇺🇸show. She stayed up almost 3 hours past her bedtime and I’m so glad we did it! I’ve never heard so many “woooahh’s!” and “cool’s” from her. She was still clapping 👏🏼 for more as I put her to bed a few minutes ago. Moral of the story, sometimes you gotta just say F a bedtime routine and go for the fun memory...but then again, maybe you should ask me how it goes with her tomorrow. Thankfully, Grampy is on Friday V duty, as I head back to work. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 🤞🏼
