Had a really rough night at work last night and even though I’m off today I can stop thinking about my pt & their family... after working 4 nights in a row and finishing it with a sad night... I needed some comfort food. • • • I had a giant chipotle burrito that equated to 30sp • • BUT! I had 18,000 steps, stood 20/24 hours, and had 800 active calories (per my Apple Watch) • Another NSV would be that I didn’t drink wine when I got home from softball even though I really wanted to. Blonde roast and I got to try the Chocolate Orange @nutpods very yummy and I'd love to try it in my mug cake next time! Or some dessert! And I had a homemade oatmeal chocolate chip protein cookie (recipe in previous post) . . It started getting super busy at work so I didn't have time to go grab lunch. I had 1/3 of a quest hero bar, some pickles and mozzarella/salami roll up. . . LUNCH when I got home from work was chicken poppers! Second day started at 05:30 in the morning. I’ve done some meditation because I wanted to start my day with a very positive attitude.😀 After I woke up and for the rest of the morning I felt light headache. I knew it was detox symptoms because it wasn’t the first time I had experienced them. I had my lemon water. After drinking my 1,5 glass smoothy( half papaya and little bit papaya seeds, 3 bananas, pear, flaxseed) the headache has gone. My food intake slowed down my detoxification. All morning and through all day I felt energetic and light head:) It’s is a great feeling! I love it.. I hope all my days will be same. :D Throughout the day I had some banana chip as snacks. For lunch I had a big bowl of fruit salad( watermelon, honeymoon melon, pear, apple ). Homemade flavored almond milk by @delight.fuel 💜 repost @bestofvegan . . 1 cup almonds, 1 pitted medjool date, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/4cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup frozen blackberries. Method: soak almonds for at least 4 hours in water. Drain and rinse well. Mix with dates, shredded coconut and 4 cups of filtered water in a high speed blender until almonds are broken down and the liquid looks creamy. Strain through a cheese cloth or sieve. Add blueberries to 1/3 of the almond milk and blend. Do the same with the raspberries and blackberries. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.

Again didn’t have time for a proper breakfast even though I woke up sooo hungry and just had time for a banana. Then I bought a soup pack with butternut squash and red onion & put it in my soup maker but it wasn’t that great. When you look forward to every meal then it’s super disappointing when it tastes blah! Later on when the kids came home I had 2 crackerbreads with low fat cottage cheese and cucumber & tomato. My dinner was the highlight of the day with a big fat piece of salmon, stir fry & 85g rice noodles. It was absolutely delish! Then I had yum jelly with raspberries. So after my food training at work this morning, I wanted to use as few syns as possible to pull my day back around. So I snacked on some ham and speedy fruit and carrots until dinner to stay full. Blueberry muffins 😍 In love with these have already eaten two. Have got terrible period pains and all I want is cake... 316 calories each and super easy to make. Recipe: Beat together 1/2 cup margarine and 1 cup coconut sugar. Beat in 2 eggs. Sift in 2 cups wholegrain flour, 2tsp baking powder and mix together. Add 1tsp vanilla essence and 1/2 cup of milk. Mental health and anxiety has been a struggle, but I’m attempting to get back on plan.
