Our personal thoughts to ourselves are how we will treat others; there is no separation. So, as I practice and am kind and patient and loving and extend grace to my Self, body, and mind, then, and only then, can I give the same to others. .
Those trial times, the times of great struggle, pain, discomfort, etc. are very reveling: how and what are your thoughts towards yourself in these situations? Practice, right now, encouraging yourself, recognizing that you are making the best decision you can, given the circumstances and situations in which you find yourself, perhaps changing your mind 1000 times to find what serves you and those you care about best, pause, and try again, and then watch as that kindness and compassion, and FUN(!!!) grows within and overflows, reaching and touching those around you. To me, this is true inspiration. 💫 .
