This is a very cheesy post 😄 Swipe left to see what I added to this Mac and cheese. The high protein veggie mix is from @choithrams the shiitake almond cream is from @organicfooduae and the Mac and cheese is from @souqplanet but I only used a little bit of the cheese in it.. rest was the cream. I also added fresh shiitake mushrooms and olives to the veggies For the seasoning I added onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika. Salt and pepper and will drizzle truffle oil on it before I eat it tomorrow for lunch...🤤🤤 One more think I would like to share with you guys is that I invested in this wmf set of pots from @tavolashop and I absolutely love them!!!

Uwielbiam kluski śląskie 😋 na świeżo podjadane zaraz po ugotowaniu, z sosem grzybowym albo podsmażane z cebulką. MNIAAAM 🤤 Dziś podjęłam pierwszą próba (!) wykonania ich własnoręcznie 👩🏻‍🍳 z tradycyjnego przepisu mojej mamy, tak jak lubię najlepiej czyli ’przepis na oko’ 🙈🙊 Wyszły takie dobre że ledwo udało mi się zachować kilka, żeby zrobić zdjęcie 🤣 no i przypomniałam sobie dlaczego nigdy wcześniej ich nie robiłam….. są tak pyszne, że nie jestem w stanie przestać ich jeść 😜 zdecydowanie wolę je jeść tylko raz na rok u mama 😆 *Kluski śląskie: ziemniaki - ja miałam około 1 kg. mąka ziemniaczana Sól Ziemniaki gotuje z solą, następnie rozgniatam i odstawiam do ostygnięcia (najlepiej na noc). Rozgniecione ziemniaki przekładam do miski, uklepujemy i wyrównujemy górę. Nożykiem dzielę na 4 części (rysuję taki jakby krzyżyk 🙈), jedną część wyjmuję na bok a puste miejsce uzupełniam mąką ziemniaczaną (tyle ile wyjęłam ziemniaków tyle sypię mąki). Przekładam na stolnice (razem z tą wyjętą częścią) i ugniatam (można w misce). No i teraz, zależy troche jakie ziemniaki użyliśmy czasami może być tak, że ‘masa’ będzie za rzadka -tak jak moja była- i trochę podsypywałam sobie mąką ziemniaczaną, ale tez trzeba uważać, żeby nie przesadzić bo kluchy będą za twarde 🤷🏻‍♀️ Kulkuję kuleczki, robię dołeczek na sosik 😋 i odkładam na bok. W większym garnku gotuję osoloną wodę i czekam aż się zagotuje. OMG....😛😛😛 . @Regran_ed from @pepper_trust_mo - 🍰 Vegan blueberry cheesecake 📷 by 🚨🚨Recipe: Ingredients for the base: 100g almonds 50g pitted dates 1 tablespoon water Ingredients for the cheesecake: 200g soaked cashews Juice of 1/2 lemon 3 tablespoons maple syrup 100g coconut fat (or roughly 3 very heaped tablespoons. Coconut fat is the thick part in the top half of the a coconut milk can) 75g frozen blueberries Method: you can use a 6inch by 3inch cheesecake tin, or you can try with others if you wish for a different shape Soak the cashews, overnight its recommended, but 3-4 hours will be enough First make the base by adding the almonds and dates into the food processor and blend into crumbs, then add the water and blitz again to make it sticky Grease the cheesecake tin with coconut oil then place the nut mix into the bottom and press down until evenly spread Drain the soaked cashews and add to the food processor along with the lemon juice, maple syrup and coconut fat and blend until very smooth (this can take about 5 minutes, make sure to press the leftover bits on the side down to make the whole mix smooth) see pic below for desired consistency Pour half the mixture on top of the base Add a handful of frozen blueberries randomly inside (roughly 25g) Pour the rest of the mix on top Now defrost roughly 50g of frozen blueberries in a pan over a medium heat, once defrosted mash with a fork and pour across the top of the cake (if there is a lot of juice then don’t pour all the juice over). Coconut fat is the thick part in the top half of the a coconut milk can) 75g frozen blueberries Method: you can use a 6inch by 3inch cheesecake tin, or you can try with others if you wish for a different shape Soak the cashews, overnight its recommended, but 3-4 hours will be enough First make the base by adding the almonds and dates into the food processor and blend into crumbs, then add the water and blitz again to make it sticky Grease the cheesecake tin with coconut oil then place the nut mix into the bottom and press down until evenly spread Drain the soaked cashews and add to the food processor along with the lemon juice, maple syrup and coconut fat and blend until very smooth (this can take about 5 minutes, make sure to press the leftover bits on the side down to make the whole mix smooth) see pic below for desired consistency Pour half the mixture on top of the base Add a handful of frozen blueberries randomly inside (roughly 25g) Pour the rest of the mix on top Now defrost roughly 50g of frozen blueberries in a pan over a medium heat, once defrosted mash with a fork and pour across the top of the cake (if there is a lot of juice then don’t pour all the juice over). Creamy vegan Mac and cheese INGREDIENTS 10 ounces dried macaroni (or about 2 2/3 cups) 1 cup peeled/diced yellow potatoes (or russets) 1/4 cup peeled/diced carrots 1/3 cup chopped onion 3/4 cup water (preferably use liquid from pot of boiled veggies) 1/2 cup raw cashews 1/4 cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional) 1 pinch paprika INSTRUCTIONS Cook macaroni al dente, according to package instructions (usually requires boiling for 6-8 minutes in salted water), drain, and set aside. Bring several cups of water to boil in a small pot. Place chopped potatoes, carrots, and onion in the boiling water, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and soft enough to blend. Cooking time will vary slightly, based on how small you have chopped your veggies. When veggies are soft enough to blend, use a slotted spoon to remove them from cooking water, and place them in your blender. Add 3/4 cup of that cooking water to your blender, along with your remaining ingredients (including cashews). Blend until smooth. Pour sauce over your cooked macaroni noodles in a dish of your choice, taste for salt, and serve immediately. Or, place macaroni mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until crumbs are turning golden brown. NOTES If you are not using a high-speed blender (like Vitamix of Blendtec) for this recipe, I recommend soaking your cashews for at least 30 minutes before attempting this recipe.
