The Importance of the Massage

The purpose of the massage is to promote the flow of fluid from the chest through the vessels and through the lymph. The result will be increasing the elasticity and general health of the ligaments and muscles supporting the breast. If you gently massage your breasts away from the nipple, you will stimulate the drainage and work of the lymph system.
How to massage breast with olive oil? The movement must be gentle like you are massaging the eyelid. .
On the other hand, movements that are similar to those when we are kneading bread help the blood flow.
Repeat these massage techniques when applying the cream, peeling or oil. Even if you are short with time, do your best and do it at least twice a week.

cauli fried rice which is a life saver. I also tried @hempeplantprotein
for my protein for the first time and I really liked it! I cooked the hempeh in sesame oil, coconut aminos and siracha. This entire meal was put together in under 30 minutes. I’m all about quick and easy on weeknights. Hope everyone has a great day!
I’ve got another delicious everything wrapped in bacon recipe for you! And these Whole30 bacon wrapped scallops even surprised me with how good they were!
Scallops are one of those things that I’ve just never enjoyed eating. I think they’re very hard to make correctly otherwise they end up tasty fishy, squishy and mushy. All the things you don’t want when eating fish. So I’ve always stayed away from cooking them or ordering them on a menu. There’s always just other fish I’d rather be eating.
But because everything tastes better when wrapped in bacon! I was shocked that I enjoyed eating these #Whole30
bacon wrapped scallops and knew it wouldn’t be the last time I ate scallops.
• 20 scallops
• 10 slices of bacon, cut in half
• 1 Tbsp. @primalpalate
1. Preheat the oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat dry.
3. Season each scallop with Primal Palate seafood blend (or a combination of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, lemon peel)
4. Cut each bacon strip in half before wrapping each scallop with the 1/2 strip.
5. Hold the bacon in place with a toothpick through the scallop.
6. Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all of the scallops have been wrapped in bacon.
7. Bake the scallops for 25 minutes.
8. Flip the scallops and bake for an additional 15-25 minutes.
9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve! ||

Creamy Cauliflower Mash⠀
I figured out the 2 secrets to getting the most perfect cauliflower mash which is helpful because in the past it would always become cauliflower soup. The secret has to do with the TYPE of cauliflower you use as well as drying it out through roasting. Because of these 2 things, you get a thick consistency in which no addition of any kind of milk or liquid is needed! ⠀
1 head Raw Cauliflower (4 cups)⠀
2 tbsp Avocado Oil⠀
2 tbsp Ghee or Butter⠀
1 tbsp Garlic Powder⠀
1 tbsp Dried Parsley⠀
Salt/Pepper to taste⠀
Preheat oven to 400.⠀
Rough chop cauliflower into small florets being mindful of trying to make everything the same size.⠀
Toss cauliflower with avocado oil and a pinch of salt.⠀
Spread cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast in oven for about 30-40 minutes flipping halfway through.⠀
Cauliflower should be cooked and starting to look dry but not brown or burnt. Oven times may vary, so keep checking until desired texture is reached.⠀
Using a high speed blender, immersion blender or food processor pulse cauliflower until it is smooth with no lumps. Add spices and ghee and blend until incorporated.⠀
Store in air tight sealed container for up to 5 days⠀
🍝In order to cut down calories, sometimes you need to be creative in cooking. Like making Zoodles, it's zucchini cut in a shape of spaghetti!
There is even a special device that can do it for you, (swipe the pictures), otherwise you can spend a little bit more time and do it with usual kitchen tools.
✔️There are many advantages of zoodles over usual spaghetti, its cooking time is just a few minutes, its low calorie and suits low-carb diets!
💡If you don't have a special device, there's a trick how to make zoodles with usual kitchen tools:👇
1️⃣Wash zuchini and peel it with vegetable peeler, keep peeling until you see seeds, then turn and peel again.
2️⃣Take a cutting board, put zucchini slices on top of each other and cut thin stripes with a sharp knife.
After stewing meat and vegetables, add zoodles and stir-fry carefully on medium flame. It takes just 1-2 minutes for zoodles to be done!

PUMPKIN 🎃 PIE 🥧 BAKED OVERNIGHT OATS 🍃🍂🍁 Ok if it’s not already clear, I LOVE fall. And yes, I love everything PUMPKIN SPICE too! My room currently smells like a pumpkin spice latte thanks to a candle from target. So of course I had to come up with a fall version of overnight oats!!! These recipe tastes like warm pumpkin pie (according to my boyfriend) and he is not wrong! It’s like eating a slice of pie for breakfast AND it’s good for ya!!!! 😮
Try it out for yourself! 🎃 1/2 c plain rolled oats (or instant) 🎃 1/2 c pumpkin purée
Mix the oats and pumpkin purée together in a bowl and really incorporate them together to create a paste.
🎃a huge dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice (I used a dash of cinnamon + sprinkle of allspice)
🎃 1 c almond milk (unsweetened vanilla is what I get) 🎃 2 tbsp chia seeds
Throw the rest of the ingredients with the paste and mix. Cover and let it sit overnight.
Bake at 350 for about 45-55min in an ovenproof pot or ceramic bowl (or muffin pan). It’s done when the top is nice and brown n crispy 🎃 I topped mine with agave + @siggis
nonfat vanilla yogurt + pumpkin seeds! Feel free to top with cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, maple syrup, roasted apple slices, caramelized bananas etc 🤩

Hey, hey!! I'm back!! 👋
I've been taking a break from posting for a few reasons but the main one being to just take a step back + re-evaluate where this little feed fits in my life. You see, I have an addictive personality so I soon found myself on my phone ALOT.. like alot alot. And although I find alot of value + joy on this app, it can also occasionally cause me to fall into a bit of a negative funk toward myself, especially when I'm on it lots! So.. I decided to take a step back. I still browsed through my feed periodically but tried to limit it as much as I could. And it really was SO refreshing. It made me realize how much pressure I was putting on myself to be more creative, more budget conscious, more active on social media, etc, etc. This realization ALMOST made me not want to come back BUT for whatever reason, I feel as though God has put it on my heart to share my journey with you all here + so I always end up coming back.. I just don't want it to consume my life y'know!
SO long story short, I'm back + just wanted to say thanks for bearing with me as I find balance + to remind you that it IS okay to take a step back if you find yourself getting into a bit of a negative funk from this app. Life still goes on 💕

I’ve always loved to eat, but just about every time we’d go out as a family I would order chicken tenders & fries 🍟 (why is there not a chicken tender emoji?). The obsession hasn’t subsided 🤷🏻♀️ soo I cook chicken tenders about once a week. They’re SUPER easy, & real good 👌🏻 PLUS they’re toddler/kid friendly -
Chicken tenders: I use organic chicken breast •cut the chicken into tenders •dip chicken in a whisked egg •dredge chicken in a mixture of 1c. almond meal, 2Tbs. flax meal, garlic powder, Himalayan pink salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, & a pinch of cayenne (I just eyeball 👀 the seasoning) •place chicken tenders on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet •lightly spray the chicken with olive, avocado, or ghee spray (I love @fourthandheart
ghee spray) •bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 425, then flip the chicken, spray the top of the chicken with oil or ghee, & bake for another 10 minutes •EAT IT

And just like that, we are back to Whole30. Unfortunately, we can’t say the reintroduction of non-gluten grains went as swimmingly (🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♂️) as we had hoped. The day left us both feeling some stomach pains 😖. Hard to say who the culprit was, but we both have our eye on the quinoa... At least these baked green beans and potatoes, mixed with pan-fried ground turkey have us feeling 👌. It’s also topped with a bit of RedHot, just to keep things 🌶.

It’s not super sweet because I don’t like things super sweet but feel free to add coconut sugar, maple syrup, more dates whatever you’d like to make it sweeter for your tastes ! It is all whole 30 approved, flourless, AND paleo 😜 for those interested in macros I’ll post them at the bottom !
-1 can 100% 🎃 purée (NOT canned pumpkin pie filling)
-3 pitted soaked dates
-1 half of an 🍎 (chop up the other half and set aside)
-1 tbsp @nutpods
-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-230g egg whites carton
Blend all that in a blender until smooth, I have a @gowiseusa
& LOVE it ! Works just like a vitamix but without that hefty price tag😜
Fold in the chopped apples you set aside earlier !
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and dump it all it than bake at 375F for 18 minutes or so, I really just kept an eye on it until it was set and looked done. Voila !! That’s it, super easy and simple and perfect for a snack or breakfast whatever ! Top it with whatever you like, I used cinnamon honey @rxbar
PB(I know not whole 30, but feel free to top it with almond butter, fruit, nuts whatever! Even go crazy and mix some chocolate chips, or nuts in the batter before ya bake it🙌🏼 •
I set the macros for this to make 4 servings but you can eat it however your little ❤️ desires😊
