1 cucharadita de canela
1 cucharadita de jengibre
1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
2 cucharaditas de pumpkin pie spice (mezcla de especies: canela molida, clavo de olor, jengibre, nuez moscada y pimienta de Jamaica)
1 taza de azúcar mascabo
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal neutro
1/4 taza de leche vegetal ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
> precalentar el horno a 180 grados.

👆🏼SIN GLUTEN 👆🏼🎉 Necesitas:
2/3 taza de puré de calabaza
1/2 taza de leche vegetal
1/2 taza de harina de garbanzos
1/2 taza de harina de arroz integral
1/4 taza de semillas de sésamo blanco
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
sal y pimienta a gusto
1 cucharada sopera (o un poco más) de condimentos a gusto (yo usé condimento de chimichurry, lo amo)
1/2 cucharada de cebolla en polvo
1. Precalentar horno a 200 grados
2. Licuar calabaza, leche de almendras, condimentos, sal y pimienta.
3. En un bowl, colocar sésamo, harina de arroz y harina de garbanzos. Mezclar hasta formar una harina uniforme.
4. Unir la mezcla líquida con la sólida con movimientos envolventes, agregando el jugo de limón. Si ven que queda una masa muy densa, agreguen poca agua. (Tiene que quedar como cuando baten los huevos a punto nieve, un poco mas densa)
5. Dividir la masa en 6 partes y colocar en moldes a gusto previamente engrasados. (Yo usé moldes de donas)
6. Hornear por 30’/35’ o hasta que estén doradas. Conservar en la heladera hasta tres días, o guardar en el freezer.
TIP DE ORO: una vez listas, cuando las saquen de la heladera, pueden cortarlas a la mitad y tostarlas. Quedan espectaculares, y van a ver qué aireadas quedan en el centro! 🤤💪🏼 RECETA de @veganfitfluencer

Aquí está la receta del chia pudding que tanto me han pedido! 👩🏼🍳 Esta receta es aún más especial porque lleva el toque secreto más cremoso del yogurt griego artesanal 🤤 Varios de ustedes me han enviado fotos de sus preparaciones guiándose paso a paso de las recetas que les comparto y me hacen tan feliz 💖
Strawberry 🍓 matcha 🍵 chia pudding jar!
1️⃣ Agrega 1 c/da colmada de semillas de chia a 100ml de leche 🥛 de almendras (el equivalente es 1/2 taza) sabor a vainilla, revuelve bien para que las semillas se hidraten y déjalas reposar en la nevera por toda la noche 🌙
2️⃣ Culis: licúa fresas 🍓 sin añadirles agua, pon la pulpa licuada en una olla, agrega el jugo de 1 limón 🍋 agrega c/n de azúcar de 🥥 (según lo dulce que te guste). Cocina a fuego medio hasta que se reduzca la mezcla y obtenga textura de salsa. Déjala enfriar y guárdala en la nevera.
3️⃣ Montaje: divide el puddin de chia, a una mitad agrégale 1 gr de té matcha 🍵 y 1 c/da de yogurt griego y a la otra mitad agrégale 3 c/das de culis de fresa y 1 c/da de yogurt griego.
4️⃣ Decora el vaso como quieras y a disfrutar! .

Getting the body up and moving in the morning helps with positive cognitive function and helps energize your for the day. This is day 10 of consistent morning walks/runs and day 14 of my clean eating challenge - I am definitely more aware of how fueling your body with whole real foods in combination with a little exercise is setting me up for success. #healthyliving

This makes starting the Bye Bye Belly Challenge even more exciting for me. It’s no surprise that I eat my fair share of donuts, pizza, candy, etc. When Henry decided he was done breastfeeding a couple weeks ago, I was sad. But, I was also excited to be able to get back to the supplements I haven’t had since I learned I was pregnant - October 31, 2016! Nearly 2 years I haven’t had Arginine Extreme or Mass Impact (or allergy meds, sinus medication, and the list goes on) Well, that’s about to change!
When I heard about the Bye Bye Belly Challenge, I knew immediately this is what I needed as my next goal. Something to give me motivation to clean up my diet and quite possibly lean out a bit. I could care less what the scale says and right now it’s less than my weight pre-pregnancy, but my measurements aren’t what they used to be. I’d love to take some more off my waist and start seeing more muscle that’s hiding underneath.
So here I am meal prepping for the week. Chicken, pork sirloin roast, spaghetti squash, baked sweet potatoes, and egg white soufflé. Not much different than my normal week, but I’m going to add in more whole fruits and veggies. Typically during the day I’ll eat cheez-it’s or potato chips. So, instead I’m going to eat an apple with cottage cheese or peanut butter.
I’m most excited about mixing Biocharge and Slim together. I’ve never tried either of those products, but my friends tell me it’s a fat burner when mixed together! So much so that In honor of the Season Premier this Tuesday evening, I am titling this post “This Is Me” and sharing some of my story.
1. I started this account a little over a hear ago after being diagnosed with and Auto-Immune Disease called Hashimotos
2. I don’t recommend paleo for everyone, but for me it is how I am healing my body by choosing anti-imflammatory foods. Paleo is also not JUST about food, but rather a holistic lifestyle that looks at all aspects of life: Relationships, Mental Health, Sleep, Skincare etc. and I try to cover all of those things on here.
3.I actually started eating paleo 4 years ago and lost 50 pounds, became a fitness instructor and was at my best weight ever! Than a back injury and Hashimotos came along and I have been rebuilding what my body can do since then.
4.I consistently struggle with being a “Healthy Food Blogger” while being overweight and not looking like your typical “healthy” person. I have almost shut it down because of what people would think of me. Instead of giving up I have decided that we need more “healthy” bloggers on here who are real and aren’t afraid to share their journey right where they are at. Also, FYI where I am at IS healthy. People tent to equate “Healthy” with Skinny” and the truth us you can be skinny and Unhealthy and you can be Healthy and NOT be skinny!
5.Being healthy is SO much more than your weight. It is how you show up and live your life every. Single. Day. It is about knowing your body and making those healthy choices around food, movement, exercise, mental health and keeping healthy relationships. THAT friends is healthy.
6.Lastly, THANK YOU!! Thank you to all of you who are choosing to follow my journey. Thank you for the DM’s from people I have never even met, letting me know that this account has helped and inspired them. That means the world and that is exactly why I am on here.

- last night's dinner. My husband grilled up some steaks & shrimp that were hella delicious! I tried a new recipe for asparagus & broccoli casserole they were also very good, & yes, I indulged in a few carbs! I had zero carbs up until dinner so I allowed myself to enjoy it. Telling myself I can never again have potatoes or corn or x y z is not realistic (for me) & I don't want it to be. I don't care if anyone else agrees, you have to find what works for YOU...strict discipline, flexible eating, strict keto, lazy keto (there are others) whatever it is, figure it out! While I probably won't have corn or potatoes for a while, I enjoyed every bite. ✔
P.s. I couldn't finish the steak, it was way huge. #leftovers

HELLO FALL!!! Or did we skip straight to winter!?! With this cool weather I start craving soups and slow cooker meals and all the warm comforting foods. I also don’t mind a Sunday afternoon at home with a good cup of coffee and a little meal prep. Once it’s done I feel like supermom…at least for a minute.
Today I will pick up my groceries – I’m loving utilizing the shopping services so that I don’t even have to leave my vehicle with my kids. Then do a little prep so that I’m set for the week. Having this part done on Sunday is a game changer for me with healthy eating. Otherwise, 5:00 comes along and I have no idea what I’m going to make for supper, snacks throughout the day often end up being just what is easy, and not necessarily nutritious. But when I have a game plan, I know what I am going to be eating, I have some flexibility to swap days and snacks but I’m prepared and I feel like I’ve got my sh*& together. And I really love those days when I can bring something out of the freezer because I prepared extra the week before. No cooking and no clean up!

Butternut squash & chickpea tagine cooked with red onion, garlic, harissa, cinnamon, bay leaves, ground cumin & coriander, tamarind, dates, raisins, celery, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt & black peppercorns garnish with chilli flakes & fresh chop parsley. I steamed the squash chunks & the chickpeas were pre cook which reduced the cooking time. Chop onion chunks, celery & slightly crash garlic sautéed in oil in a large cooking pot until lightly brown then added all the spices including dates & raisins, I gave a good stir then added chickpeas & water, cooked on a low heat covered with a lid for about 20 minutes & then addeded the butternut squash, an another good stir, tasted the salt then seasoned to my taste, covered again & cook for further 10 minutes. So delicious & autumnal dish. Good to go with couscous, fluffy white basmati rice, quinoa, home made flat bread, pitta or on its own.

Mentally preparing for my start date of October 1st 😳
This will be my first-go at Whole30! Since my relapse in late March, I have yet to bounce back to 100%. I have been on several different medications and now they just seem to keep adding more, but nothing to find the real root of the problem. So I am embarking on the Whole30 wagon in hopes of finding what my MS is overreacting to. I have a handful of friends that are on board, so we can support each other along the way.
