recently to try reduce the chance of overtraining, improve my sleep performance and become a little less shit overall!
Today I was naughty- after a rough nights sleep and an early start I’d only recovered to 40% so the whoop advised me to keep under a strain level of 12......maybe I over shot that on the rower and a really fun 10 EMOM of 2 power cleans + 3 hang cleans + 5 push jerks @ 60kg programmed by @eddiesmethod
