Love this picture!
If you follow me, you know that I am almost 14 months post major knee surgery and the ‘full’ recovery time is about 18 months.
I have never been afraid of a challenge - but I have been afraid to re-injure myself.
Today, I was doing an agility workout and caught this picture of myself jumping side to side and am so proud of the progress I have made and how natural this move looks (as opposed to it looking like I am being careful and timid!). What are you overcoming in your life that you are proud of?! #investinyourselffirst #wintheday #acisurgery #kneesurgeryrecovery #agilitytraining #p90x3
Let’s talk about morning routines ⬇️
What you do in the morning ultimately sets your intentions for the entire day and greatly influences how the rest of your day looks
It allows your mind time to think clearly without getting caught up in the craziness of the day
I truly believe having a morning routine has made the biggest impact on my life and has set me up for success
My morning routine varies from time to time, but this is what I’ve been doing consistently for the last few weeks👇🏻
- First thing I do when I wake up is drink my greens
- read for 20-30 minutes - journal and list the things I’m grateful for
- meditate (if you’ve never meditated before try the headspace or calm app)
- look over my power list for the day (thanks @andyfrisella
- go to the gym
- shower and get ready for the day
All morning routines are going to look different from one another so find something that works for you and stick with it!
Ps if you don’t know what a power list is, check out The MFCEO Project podcast episode 107: Win the Day. It will most definitely change your life!
The way your start your day sets the tone for the rest of it.
How does yours look?
There are many practices that can form part of a successful morning routine.... set waking times, affirmations, gratitude, no screens, reading, journaling, meditation, movement, hydration (H2O not coffee!), nourishment... the list is endless but whatever form they take, almost every expert and high achiever will attest to their value.
If you are looking to make a health change this is one of the best places to start. The way you wake up is the first opportunity you have to show love to your body, mind and spirit each day.
Each person is unique, so each routine will look different. Don’t get caught up in what others are doing or how long they are doing it for. Experiment and find what works for YOU. And remember consistency is king... if you’re new to routines don’t jump straight into an hour of rituals...just a few cycles of breathwork or setting a daily intention can have huge flow on benefits in your day and your wellbeing.
Stop thinking small and short term. Dream so big it scares you and plan for the long ride.
Preach it. Live it. Lifestyle...
2 Facts I have found from working out-
1- exercise is actually more beneficial for the mind and the brain than it is for the body
2- There is no perfect workout. Just get up, get out, and move!! And don’t make excuses!! Diets don’t work, workout regimens always fail. It’s a lifestyle. And to make it a lifestyle you have to enjoy doing it. Have fun with your workout!! And trust me if you stay consistent you will not only see your body reap the benefits but much more importantly, your mind!! —
However, there are tricks and tips to lower ur actual age (telomeres), never get sick in 7 years, have super high energy daily, and maintain 6.2% body fat with a crazy travel schedule...
If you want those secrets let me know. I’ve been super blessed to learn all this knowledge on how to optimize the body and mind, and I’m here to use these gifts given to me to serve!!
Make a list of your daily exercise routines and gamify it! Give yourself points for each set, each action. Track them over time. Set weekly goals. See your results. Count actions, not calfories!
Set your weekly point goals and go for it!
Your Weight designation is the level of it's difficulty or "urgency" compared to other actions on your list. Completely subjective and up to you... Here we include some non-exercise actions like waking up at a certain hour and going to bed at a certain time. .MyActionTracker App. Beta Stage and testers are welcome.
Track your actions, give each action a weight, add new actions, create any action list, create daily and weekly goals, gameify your actions, get stuff done, improve your life, create discipline, share your action with your friends and family

I am roughly the same weight in both of these pictures but I definitely do not look the same. How can that be possible? If the number on the scale is the same then I must be fat again right?
Wrong! My body composition has changed. Body composition is the proportion of fat and fat free mass in your body. So even though I am roughly the same weight I have much less body fat and more lean muscle on the picture on the right. -
It’s not always about the number on the scale! You can base progress on weight, body composition, looks, or overall feeling better. -

Excited to speak at the Ultimate Sales Summit in Dallas, TX on October 6th. Hope to see you there! 😊🎤
Be the change you want to see in this world. Don’t focus on what is not going right around you. Focus instead on what you can do to serve your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and those you meet along the way. Good WINS THE DAY over evil every time!!!
Don't be thinking those small changes don't matter. ⚫
They matter as much, if not MORE, than the big changes. ⚫
I know, I know. We all get frustrated at the slowness of small changes. It happens. ⚫
But a SMALL change in mindset will change how we see these little changes. ⚫
These small changes to me is still big progress. I have to look at them as wins. ⚫
And a win is one step closer to my goals. ⚫
So I'll take that small win every damn day!

Rain, rain, go away...it’s straight up heavy rain all day until about 5am tomorrow. 😫
But, now that coaching calls are done for the day, it’s a great excuse to brew some coffee and crack open my next book! Any recommendations?! 📚☕️💦
I know you’ve heard people say it, but it’s a lie.
Time is not MONEY.
So, what is time?
Time is controlled energy & focus NOT money.
The better you get at controlling your energy and focus towards a skill, idea, business venture the more valuable you are to people, your profession and your daily productivity.
The people who trade time for money, never have enough.
The jobs that you get paid per hour never equal the ones that you get paid for professional skill, projected outcome, or income generated.
This is why I am on a mission to train people on how to master monetizing their minutes.
