This is Cogs head. This is one of the many heads created for Cog as it was one of the goals to create and design a huminoid face for the robot thats sutible social contact from robot to human
Cog was reated in 1993 at the Humanoid Robotics Group at MIT. It was reated to proform human level intelligence while gathering that knowledge from interacting with humans. There goals where to create a humanoid face for a sutible social contact between humans and the robot. Another goal was to create a robot that wich was capable of interacting with humans and object in a human like way, another goal was to create a general system by wich Cog can learn casual relations between commands to it motors and inputs from its sensors. Lastly there goal was to create a robot aesthetic to design a language that utilizes strong curviture and organic forms though the art design process and materials.
