⚡️From anxiety comes growth (July 16-July 22)⚡️
Sometimes things feel overwhelming and our brains start screaming at us. Yeah, it happens. And this week you may be able to hear your brain at a higher frequency than usual. That said, there could be some seriously interesting things that appear from these tangential brain tyrades.
First and foremost, the more we admit our brains are going a little haywire with ideas, worries, concerns, conjured stores that may not even be true--the less we’re able to sleep, relax, and be productive. So, instead of running from the chaos, I would encourage you to dive into it, head first!
It’s time to use your hands and body. You can’t just work from your brain and expect to remain mentally healthy. The time has come to MOVE! Make something. Take a walk. Cook. Whatever physical activity can take the stress off of your noggin to shoulder some of the momentum.
Anxiety doesn’t have to be “bad.” In fact, if channelled you can get your mind/body connection working together and genius arrives that you never knew was living inside of you. Brand new options you’d never considered. It’s easy to freak out. (Trust me, I love to freak out and then make everyone listen to me talk about how much I’M FREAKING THE F*CK OUT.) But, there are more productive ways of handling it that can make you a champion! (Viva la France)
