Quads are killing after these narrow lunges today. Start with 10 weighted reps and then drop the weight for another 10 then switch legs. Holy hell these hurt. 🔥🔥
I'd also suggest switching it up and doing narrow walking lunges. Personally I find them harder again! 😤

!! We have introduced both long and short conditioning pieces into Sue’s weekly program to help improve her cardiovascular health and allow us to set some fitness based goals for 2019!! Each and every week I see a huge shift in Sue’s mindset when it comes to giving this component of her session her very best!! What once seemed too hard, now comes as an exciting challenge for Sue and it’s fantastic to see that her efforts are paying off each week!
Our mind often gives way before our body does... So learning to push through the discomfort to reap the rewards is a must... And this is something I now get to witness Sue do twice a week!! New mindset means more opportunities... What does 2019 have in store our Mamma Sue !!!
[SUMO DEADLIFT WARMUP]
💡 Depending on the way you pull and how wide of a stance you adopt, this may provide you some value. You can use all the fancy tools you want but movement is just more practical. It also resembles the form of exercise you want to accomplish moving forward which is a win-win.
✔ Without further ado, here are four different warm-ups you can incorporate to your routine:
1.) Wide stance sumo squat: Spread the feet wider, you're gonna working your adductors eccentrically which will in turn open those hips up.
2.) Widestance unilateral hinge: Hinging to one part of your body gets your hamstrings and posterior chain involved while the other side of your hips open up.
3.) Widestance hip hinge: You get both sides of your posterior chain working as well as your hip adductors.
4.) End range hip abduction liftoffs: This is just icing on the cake because end range is life.
✔ The beauty about all of these drills are that they can be loaded fairly easily with a barbell on your back or dumbbell/kettlebell in the front rack.

Wod day : Recherche d’une Rep Max sur le shoulder press en skill.
Un nouveau PR à mon actif malgré de la fatigue : 60kg.
Une tentative a 65 et 62kg qui se soldent par des échecs .. C’est la où on se rends compte que 2kg c’est énorme ou pas selon le mouvement 🤷🏻♂️🏋🏻♂️.
Petit wod sympa a l’écrit avec du Deadlift, Hang power clean et pushjerk .
