LOWER BODY BLAST 😱💥 . I went into today thinking I was going to do a few squats and be done with it - it ended up being a pretty beasty one 🔥 _______________________________________________________ 1️⃣ POWER SQUAT CLEAN - working up to 1RM. I spent probably 40 minutes on this and building it up. I’ve shown clips of just a just a few of the fails, there were more fails than successes and I didn’t achieve my goal today. I don’t know everything, I am still learning. I don’t try new things and get them perfect straight the way - but also I don’t give up. I keep going and practicing because that what makes you better at what you are trying to achieve. Miss doing crazy stuff @bodhcrossfit , when i joined bodh i though i wouldnt last even a day after looking at the athlete at the box. But slowly and gradually i just got hang of weightraining and fell in love with crossfit. It is intimidating in the begining and i wouldnt lie but with the right coaches i was able to over come my fear now that i am here in bangalore i miss the box and the crazy WOD immensely.
