Late in the midnight hour, God’s gonna TURN IT AROUND! But first...leave your plans in His hands! ✨✨✨ ♥️ NEW YOUTUBE VIDEO: ALIGN YOURSELF WITH GOD’S PLAN (youtube.com/LoveTLynn) Direct link in bio ✨
I used to be trapped in fear. I wasn’t free and I definitely wasn’t fearless. I was fearful- absolutely full of fear. But Jesus turned that all around. He delivered me from all my fears. No matter the feelings that came my way, I kept renewing my mind with the word of God and made a decision to yield to Jesus and Him only. I can confidently say I am free and fearless. And if you struggle with fear, I promise you it’s not from the Lord. I speak freedom over you right now in Jesus name. And I speak the peace of God to wash over your mind as you read this. Pick up the word of God and speak it over yourself and watch how it transforms you!

Our Women on a Mission Group is BACK. I had tears in my eyes tonight when I made this flier...so many women don’t believe the words on this flier describe them, BUT THEY DO. You are all of these things & sometimes it takes time focusing on you & making yourself a priority to see it. I can’t wait for this group to start, let me know if you want to be part of it 💜💪🏻 #womenonamission #advocare
Today is known as Blue Monday, aka the saddest day of the year. This day is extra depressing due to the colder weather outside (most places), the financial burden from the holidays, getting back into work and routine after the holiday buzz, reduced sunlight and for students also a very stressful time of the year.
The other brand ambassadors from @etherealandco
have been sharing tips with each other on how to beat “Blue Monday” and every other blue day until the spring comes! So I have gathered lots of inspiration and I am now sitting down to share my tips on how to conquer this depressing time of year.
💙 Get some vitamin D! If you are able to, try and get outside for at least 15 minutes everyday. Your body needs that sunlight during months where it is reduced. Supplements or Vitamin D MCT oil are recommended to take from October- May when light is low.
💙 Get your body moving! Bonus points if you do this outside ^^ Also great to hit the gym, a boxing class, a yoga class, swim some laps, go to a spin class, etc. Exercise is important for brain function and fighting off depression and anxiety.
💙 Journal! Write down all those negative thoughts you’re having and get them out. Then start writing down things you are grateful for. Use those pages as an outlet to let your feelings out and refocus on the positive.
💙 Talk to someone! Trust me, you are not alone. Talk to a friend, a family member, your doctor or a therapist. Call up a hotline. Go to a walk-in counselling clinic. We are all in this together.
💙 Cuddle with a dog! Lets be real. Doggos make everything better.
💙 Take care of your body! Drink extra water (more than you think), eat lots of fruits and veggies, and fuel your body with nutritious food that will help it thrive.
💙 Stay organized! It’s so easy to fall behind during these months and put in less effort. Make yourself do-to lists for each week and separate them into days. Keep hustling and grinding and it’ll be spring before you know it!
💙 Self-Love! Lastly my most important one. Love yourself. Take care of yourself.
My favorite coffee date no matter the state 💕
Glad to be back home in GA after a snowy, freaking cold weekend in the bluegrass ☃️
The look on this little one’s face...I think it perfectly sums up what Jesus was talking about when He said: “I want little children to come to me, so never interfere with them when they want to come, for heaven’s kingdom realm is composed of beloved ones like these! Listen to this truth: No one will enter the kingdom realm of heaven unless he becomes like one of these!”
—Matthew 19:14 TPT
— thank you for capturing this moment! 😍💗
Shoutout to all my Aspiring and Existing Entrepreneurs in Norway 🇳🇴
“THESE PANTS WOULD LOOK SO MUCH BETTER ON ME IF MY LEGS WERE SKINNIER.” ⠀
Yep, this thought rolled through my head this weekend as I threw on my brand new, striped pants before going out.⠀
Growing up, my biggest insecurity was always my legs - specifically my thighs. They were always bigger than my friends, and I always had to work hard to find pants that fit me properly when shopping. ⠀
Over the years, I’ve learned to embrace them. I’ve learned to appreciate them for being my biggest asset in the gym, adding to my curvy figure, and making me more relatable to girl’s with a fuller figure. ⠀
Although I’ve learned to love them, I still have moments - moments where my decision to cultivate confidence and feelings of self-doubt and insecurity coincide. ⠀
And you know what? That’s okay. ⠀
Today, I hope you know these three things:⠀
1️⃣ Even the most confident women still face moments of insecurity. Hello, life. ⠀
2️⃣ Your feelings of insecurity can co-exist with your decision to cultivate confidence. Hello, humanity. ⠀
3️⃣ That thing that makes you different and maybe a little insecure? It’s one of your biggest assets, babe.⠀
What’s one of your biggest insecurities? I challenge you to comment below and share how that insecurity is one of your biggest, most beautiful assets. GO!
What a Beautiful Name! I did this to hopefully become apart of the worship team but also for others to hear Jesus name through me. The full video is on YouTube. The link is in my bio.
Who has been watching the Tidying Up series on Netflix? I feel like that has taken over the internet by storm! And I get it; it’s a new year, out with the old and what doesn’t make us feel good, and what is left are all of the things that make us happy and bring us JOY. I was thinking about this concept, and how much I like the premise of it. I haven’t implemented it in our home as of yet because, honestly, I know it’s going to be a project and we have plenty of those going on at that moment! As I was thinking about the feeling of happiness and satisfaction that I know will come from doing a full declutter and only being surrounded by the things I truly love and bring a sense of calm and unity to our home, this verse from Nehemiah popped into my head. I was reminded how true JOY only comes from the Lord and being in relationship with Him. Sure, I will feel good when I clean out my closet, but is it really JOY? I just got to thinking that the word JOY is one of those words that can be so overused that we forget the real impact it should actually have when used properly. JOY doesn’t come from a completed checklist, or a clean house, or well behaved children, or approval from a boss. Yes, all of those things are wonderful! And we can feel JOY as a result of good things happening. But, let’s not forget where the source of JOY lies - in Jesus Himself! As His beloved, we get to lean on His strength in all of those times when we fall short and still have JOY found in Him alone. And because He is the source, He will never run out! The cleaning out closets, tidying up drawers, and other projects will come to an end, and the after effects of a more zen and decluttered home will exist for a time. But, the JOY of the Lord lasts forever and is our strength!
We tend to be our own harshest critic. I tell myself daily that I didn’t do enough. I lament over the items that were not checked-off on my to do list yet again.
But I need to be kind to myself and know that I am doing my best. I am exactly where I am suppose to be on this journey. It isn’t a race and I am learning and growing everyday!
Motivation to go outside today in this crazy cold weather. Not a perfect day- but enjoying the fact that Bible Study in Hebrews 4 made me think of Big Block of Cheese day in the West Wing. #MondayMotivation
swipe for video -> i had a “audition” today and had to send in a video. throughout me singing the song they wanted us to send it, you could hear the remaining of my chest cold coming out. (and i also mixed up the words a bit 😬) through not vocally“perfect” it remind me of this truth. Worship isn’t about hitting all the right notes or even how many runs you can get in a song. Worship is a lifestyle and a heart posture before the Lord.. “Worship is more than singing. It’s more than just lyrics to a song. Worship is standing in the presence of God and declaring praises to His name.” —Unknown. it is much deeper then a song we sing. at the end of the day, i don’t want to be “known” for being a good singer, when people look at me, i want them to see that i am a worshipper.
you’ve gone through heart break
and fear... and you’re still standing.
surely you can get through this too.
don't give up.
don't turn back.
don't fall off... don't settle.
🎉Today marks my 1 year anniversary with Beautycounter! I've learned so much more about the lack of regulation in the beauty industry, met some incredible and inspiring women, switched a lot of friends and family over to safer products, hit a few business goals that I didn't think I would, used Beautycounter as a means for giving back, and even learned some makeup tricks... not that I am any good at executing them!
My first year goals were filled with trying to learn as much as I could and researching about products and how to share safer beauty with those around me. If I made a little money along the way... just a bonus. That honestly was not my goal. Worst case I was stuck with all these safe, amazing products that I already used and continue to love more and more. As I move into my second year I am working towards growth. Personal growth and business growth.
I spent a lot of time in my first year nervous that some may see me as a spammy salesperson and hoping not to lose any friends over something that I cared so much about. But I cared enough about this mission to keep going.
Going into my second year, I am armed with the passion of thousands of like-minded women and our CEO, Gregg Renfrew, and the knowledge that this company really is unlike any other. What companies do you know that are actively fighting for more regulation in the industry they are part of? What companies do you know that lead with education and transparency instead of hiding it?
So in year 2 I am taking full ownership over my passion and my business. I am aiming big and working this mission with confidence because it matters. It matters to our health and to our loved ones.
Also, a special thanks to all of you who have supported me and hopefully falling in love with Beautycounter! 💕 Cheers to Better Beauty!
Rewiring our minds is not something that comes easy. It takes courage and vulnerability🙏🏻It takes stepping out of our comfort zones and putting our self out there in experiences that feel different💓It takes showing up to our fears, recognising their presence and moving forward from them💫💫
^me pretending I know my way around Nashville 🎸
In the last few months I’ve traveled to Nashville 4 times for work! I’m starting to feel less like a tourist and more like a local. I know the best place to get tacos and I can accurately complain about their highway system (seriously, it’s the worst) 🚗
Im going back in February to shoot the last piece of our upcoming series (which is going to be 🔥 BTW), does anyone have any Nashville recommendations? 📸:@tracif
moment: I woke up at 5 AM to take this photo so the street would be empty and I still had to wait for construction workers. 🤷🏼♀️
Bad lighting. Bad angles. No filters. Keeping it RAW. Only changes were to my diet. I started supplementing with a whole food capsule. Nourishing my body from the inside out. Clearer skin, less puffy and more hydrated. Plus I’m far more energised. Get the glow too. Send me a message for the details!
Wondering how my life always looks so flawless? LOL (insert sarcasm)🤪 Hopefully you know by now, my life is not flawless. I always want to show up authentically (read: imperfectly) in person AND online.
That’s why I love sharing the hacks & products that keep me from completely losing my mind. These are included in the lineup: ✨
I’m obsessed with my new Thorne products- powdered vitamin C and vitamin D. They have amazingly high standards + the best price for quality out there (thanks @king_kong_tipton
I couldn’t sleep without my Alaska Bear sleep mask. It’s dreamy. Ha! Truly, everything goes black & it’s so soft. It’s making me sleepy thinking about it. ✨
My first ever @emilyley
planner is binding my life together. Sorry I can’t stop with the puns. It’s truly (almost) everything I love in a planner. ✨
I switched shampoos last month and am loving this Black shampoo with Capixyl in it. I lost a lot of hair in 2018 and this bottle is helping it grow back + thickening what mommas already got. ✨
My blue blocker glasses that protect my eyes and promote better sleep. ✨
This succulent is from one of my besties who pretended to give it to Ben as a birthday gift, but really bought it for me. It doesn’t get much better than that.
What are you loving this season?
It’s been a whirlwind of a day polishing websites, editing moodboards, setting appointments and client deadlines, sending meeting recaps, and solving tech dilemmas. And yet, my heart is so full! 💖 I’m grateful for every day I get to spend surrounded by brilliant boss babes, supporting their expanding businesses! This may not be the most aligned photo quality for my grid, but in the moment this this photo was taken, my heart was just as full having connected with the talented @stylebyanastasia
for my new purple hair and on my way to connect with other boss ladies that evening. Thank you to all of you out there running your businesses WITH HEART! 💖
21 days in to this 2019 and wow has the emotional range been all over!!
The year started off with great enthusiasm, then the flu came and I was bed-ridden for a week yet still in good spirits, then the flu left but in its place a deep swell of sadness stayed.
Have you ever experienced a deep emotional episode after a physical sickness?
I found this all so strange, but was brought to understand that while the body was recuperating the mind still needed to catch-up and purge whatever was inside, too.
But well, today is another day and another opportunity to start anew.
Oh, and yeah. I also celebrated my 39th birthday last week 🤗 Spent a chill day doing some of my favorite things with some of the people I love.
And these special objects? All a sign that they know me well. Plants representing special places in my heart, art materials to continue exploring my creativity, music of people I love and shows that brought me joy, and insight into places I will visit soon. All so telling of what this year will be!!
Thanks for continuing to show up here with me. I’m truly excited for all the discoveries i’ve had and so much I want to share with you, but I want to bring this all to you from a better place and with so much heart, so I’m letting it linger and pass as it must.
When you consciously decide to run your business like you mean it- all of your actions become intentional and laser focused. Playtime is over. Your business is no longer a hobby!
What are some actions you can take to make this shift?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Make every day count. Focus on what's important and going to move you closer to your next goal. Ask yourself:⠀⠀
How am I spending my time and attention? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are the tasks that I am completing effective at moving my business to the next level or am I just doing busy work?
Do my efforts have a positive impact on the profits?
Is it time to bring on another team member to delegate less important to-do's to?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Become a better leader.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Hire that project manager to help you create and execute a clear plan of action.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Implement systems and processes to streamline your tasks, improve your client experience, and allow you to scale.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Invest in that coach or mastermind you've always wanted to work with for some accountability.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏽 What moves do you need to make in order to start running your business like you mean it?
Maybe six is a simple, small number — but six months with Ethan has been an adventure I want to keep on walking for many to come. We’ve explored the canyons of Utah, canoed for three days down the Elkhorn River, and have celebrated tiny adventures in between.
Honestly and truly grateful for this man’s calming presence, especially when my spirit is restless and overwhelmed. His eyes hold wildness and peace at the same time; his bare feet seem to root to the earth. He talks to trees, and so do I.
Currently: somewhere in Kansas, heading to Florida (eventually) ☀️
💭Love this quote by Martin Luther King Jr below👇🏾
“If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl. but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward." - MLK Jr
Are you moving forward or are you at a stand still because of the length of time it’s taking for you to reach where you are going?
Girly, I encourage you to not lose heart, beat yourself up or compare yourself to others just because your progress seems slower than those around you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As long as you are moving forward at your own God inspired pace then it’s all good and that’s all that matters.
God will sustain and grace you in your pace as you continue to move forward.
You got this Gurrrrl!. Keep at it!.

Have you chosen your word of the year? Many people are reporting that their word has changed because the energy has changed SO MUCH already! Find out how to choose your word in the free Spiritual Badass Magazine [link in bio] 🦄💖🌸
Mental health is my matter, and I refuse to be silent about it. I am no MLK, but by golly, I will advocate my heart out to create a conversation around mental illness and work towards breaking the stigma surrounding it.
I have worked with individuals deemed dangerously mentally ill all the way to individuals struggling with anxiety. I have struggled with depression and anxiety myself, and know the feeling all too well.
If something matters to you, do not be afraid to speak up for it. People fear what they do not know, so why not be the person to help educate them. Be the change! Your voice matters, and so do you, my friend!

It took me a while to become the badass #ceogirl
that I am now.
The thing is, I didn't believe in myself.
And didn't trust myself.
Man I wish I believed and trusted myself a lot sooner and had the certainty that I have now. •
I used to get crazy thoughts in my head like "who are you to do that" and "no one is going to buy that." I couldn't even post a selfie and going on Facebook live... I felt the literal fear in my stomach just thinking about going on Facebook live.
But, I overcame it.
I worked on the love I needed to give myself.
I worked on my mindset... and now I continuously tell myself:
“I am enough." “I am perfect." “I am complete." “I am the badass multi-millionaire #ceogirl
." And... "There's nothing to prove to anyone." These are the thoughts that now run in my head.
I define my worth based on what I determine it to be.
Not by any type of number.
Likes or Instagram followers don't define my worth.
The amount of money I make per month doesn't define my worth.
I define it.
And I know that I am enough and I am worthy of all of my desires.
I am worthy of all of my dreams.
And I don't let anyone or anyone else try to tell me otherwise.
I am the badass #ceogirl
with shit to do, lives to inspire, and people to help make their dreams a reality.
I am worthy because I declare that I am worthy.
And that is it.
So say with with me: I am fucking worthy because I know I am. Hell fucking yes 🙌🏼🌋
Pictured: Me walking the streets of Spain…
💭It may seem like all the odds are against you or it may seem like the weight of life is crashing down on you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But God...but God is intentional. There’s a reason behind every single thing that God does in our lives.
We may not see any physical manifestation of our preyers yet but Romans 8:28 should always serve as a reminder that behind the scenes God is at work. Even though it may not seem like it at times and the struggle can be real.😅 He’s doing His thaaaang behind the scenes and His timing is the best.🙌🏾
All we have to do is continue to serve Him faithfully, with our whole hearts.
Let’s continue to love on God. Lets continue reading His word, let’s continue communicating with Him through prayer, Let’s continue worshiping and praising Him.
Let’s continue to do anything and everything that draws us near to Him, because nothing is better than us being near to God. NOTHING.
Wow, that word is something we all think we can handle being until we are forced to walk in it. .
These last few months I have truly been tested in “how vulnerable can you be?”, not in the way where I’m being used or mistreated... but in the way where God is calling me to put down that “I GOT IT” mindset, and open my heart and my mind up to letting Him and others do for me. .
That is tough, it’s hard when you’ve been so used to fighting and fighting for yourself. But here I am in this moment where vulnerability is my portion. I’m allowed to let my guard down and just be... I’m allowed to be open and tear down those walls that I so easily build up for safety. .
As scary as this has been, the learning process has been quite beautiful. There can be something so precious about vulnerability. Something that I never thought I would get to experience. I’m seeing how necessary this lesson is for what I’m about to walk into. I’m seeing that there are people that won’t take advantage of my vulnerability. What a journey 2019 will be... ❤️ Vulnerability is strength. .
What if you simply devoted this year to love yourself more?
Yes it begins with YOU!
Part of our design process begins with you, the way you want your business to feel, your ideal client and who she is, some of the things you love. It feels so good to start your day fresh and feel inspired and high vibe. I'm not going to lie, it was HARD AF waking up that early especially when it's 13 degrees outside and your bed it so warm, but if we don't take care of ourselves who will?

Opportunities are hard to come by these days. They’re in a fantastic disguise. If you blink you’ll miss them. Work hard, have an open mind and watch them come out of hiding. Success comes from hard work. And opportunities comes from success. 👊🏻
Girl, I see you scrolling through Instagram looking at everyone's new year posts. 📱⠀
They've come up with these amazing, bold statements to shape their year with. Jess' is "strength", Sarah's is "courage".⠀
And that's AMAZING, don't get me wrong - having prophetic, declarative statements that shape the upcoming year is powerful! 🙌🏽⠀ ⠀
But, if you're forcing a word, or picking a random statement because everyone else is... I think that's kinda the opposite of being powerful. 😬⠀ ⠀
It's totally okay if you don't have a word. Don't freak out! I don't have one either. 😅⠀
Spend more of your time, energy, and prayer into each second, minute, day, week, month, of your year! ⠀
💬 From my latest blog post. Link in bio. 🔗⠀
i’m taking sabbaths really seriously these days. the Lord was really serious about them, and I think we should be too. the more work I put into counseling the more I realize how desperately i need rest. not just sleep, but slowing down. my sabbaths look a lot like snow days. no alarm, reading for fun, journaling about the week, and letting myself be still. no work, no school, no errands, and instagram gets deleted off my phone. .
I think it’s in our sabbaths that we are able to tangibly walk out our faith. it’s us physically saying we believe that the Lord really does have it under control. I don’t have to cram in the extra work to make sure it’s all good. He’s got it, and because of that I can rest.
