- FOOD DIARY from yesterday 🌮🍣🍯🥑😍 Before I tell you what I had, a quick nutrition tip on how to stay on track 👉🏼 I have a few (more than a few actually) favorite healthy recipes and I come back to them throughout the month. Since I prepare them quite often, I know their calories and macros and I see immediately if they fit my current needs. This way of eating helps me stay motivated and accountable 🤗 Back to my food diary, what I had yesterday:
1. 🍎 Breakfast - protein chia oatmeal bowl topped with banana, raspberries and peanut butter.
2. 🍎 Snack 1 - @womensbest
vanilla whey protein while hiking.
3. 🍎 Lunch - healthy sweet potato lasagna with chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, tomato sauce, cottage cheese and egg topped with mozzarella and I had broccoli on side.
4. 🍎 Snack 2 - a giant whole wheat tortilla with white cheese, spinach, avocado, grilled turkey breast, cherry tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
5. 🍎 Dinner - my weekend treat - sushi - salmon avocado rolls.
6. 🍎 Snack 3 - whole wheat bread with hard boiled egg, spinach, avocado and cucumber.
Total of 2'243 calories 🤗 I did 2 hours hiking session yesterday and I burned 874 calories 💪🏼✅!!
