to my Sunday walk along Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. I was so grateful to see the sun and enjoy this spectacular blue sky day. I even enjoyed the last of the ice on the bay (fingers crossed it is actually the last of the ice for this year🤞)! #wasagabeach #bluesky #rambleher
Where is your favourite place in your hometown/city?

a pleasant smell that frequently accompanies the first rain after a long period of warm, dry weather. >
We were too busy chatting, making up plot lines for children’s stories and playing “Steph-Speed-Date-Questions” at our post-race celebration yesterday that we forgot a medal photo together 🏅So this #throwback
from last year in London will have to do!
Congratulations to my dear friend @sedempsey
for also completing the @londonmarathon
! They say you never get to a finish line alone and I am so glad I got to conquer yet another challenge with you. From a blizzard at the top of Uhuru Peak 🏔 to this abnormally hot and hard 26.2, and every random convo I put you through in between, you truly are my Summit Sister 💫 Looking forward to the next challenging adventure (but crossing my fingers for less extreme weather 🤞🏽🙃)

I’ve been on the hunt for owl pellets. 🦉Last night on our walk Ben stumbled on one! So fascinating! Owls actually regurgitate the parts of their food that their bodies cannot process. You can put this in water and explore the bones of what they devoured! So amazing! Excuse me while I go and be all investigative later today 🧐👩🏻🔬
Wouldn’t mind living here ✨
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Arrived in Kuala Lumpur from Kota kinabalu before 8am, Airbnb check in time is 3pm but the great host make it 11am for me. So just to pass the time, I decided to work and stay in starbucks 🤣
The Rhodopes: not just horses. Hikers, if you hear a rustling in the undergrowth, be aware - it is probably a friendly tortoise. They are very well camouflaged so don’t step on one!
And if you see one floating down a river towards you, grab it. Tortoises are not turtles! Either your friend fell in while having a drink or was dropped out of the sky by a bird, and will very much appreciate being relocated to dry land.

My hair isn’t messy, it’s just erupting with awesome 💁🏻♀️
Things I forgot about the USA:
1. My 12 year old GHDs don’t work there
Work, baby, head down. That’s it’s. But this shot is from the gorgeous Mountain Vista house @relaxitsdone_queenstown
up in the blog now. 📷❤️💚💥
Missing McWay Falls in Big Sur something fierce. 🌊 So jealous that everyone back home is starting into summer and it’s cooling off here. ❄️ Headed to Bells Beach tomorrow to see where Point Break was filmed and ride down the Great Ocean Road. 🏄🏻♀️ Can’t wait to take more photos. Learning to edit has been so much fun. 🤓 Anybody else got projects that they are working on?
Sunset swims never looked so good 🌈
🔹 Good morning, guys! It's fan foto Friday and here is @dannyemcgee
story: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"2 years ago I bought a ticket to Iceland and showed up with absolutely zero plans. It was my first time leaving the country and for the first time in my life I was completely alone. I had an old Sony camera and photography back then was just a hobby. I was in that weird stage of life, right after high school where I was supposed to decide what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing.
Coming back now and experiencing this again really puts it in perspective how much has changed since then. Envisioning my old self exploring these places I can't help but smile. Everything was so new, so unknown. I had so many questions about the world and my future. But that trip solidified in my mind that this was the future I wanted to build. Traveling, experiencing all that I can, searching for beautiful views, chasing wild places.
Here just 2 years later, I'm cruising around with some of my best friends creating content and doing what I love most in this world. Chasing these insane moments is my job. This sure is one crazy life 〽️😳 📸 by the legend @eddenram

I’ve missed the mountains so headed inland to the Sterling Ranges for some hiking & how incredibly beautiful! 🍃✨
Getting whipped about by the forever changing direction of the wind & been blinded by the clouds was an added extra! Feeling totally revitalized now though! 🧘♀️💙
