➡Today's workout was long and hard but I feel great thanks to my smartest postworkout stack. As everyone knows, I love cooking and am a well known whole food lover!
However, I would never ever replace my postworkout stack with any kind of whole food. The reason why is for the garanteed efficiency and effectiveness of building up my muscles as faster as possible. Everyone knows that the carbohydrate draws water as soon as it is absorbed into our body. The phormula1 is hydrolyzed whey protein which separated carb from the protein to contain only pure protein in it. For muscle protein synthesis, into the torn off muslces, glycogen has to be replenished as soon as possible before the catabolic phase starts. Sharing the reality of building a life of freedom which includes incredible success and also incredible lows. 💜🔥This week has been a low, from the pain in my back to whatever illness is plaguing my systems I haven’t been able to be on my level and that’s been hard. 👊🏼💪🏼BUT here’s where CONSISTENCY, HARD WORK and DETERMINATION will always trump fancy filters. Because I have worked for so long, being limited this week due to illness has NOT affected my business, my ability to make an impact or my income because I literally am working from my bed. I went to the gym while the boys were still awake last night. (Because: late naps)
They sent me off with: a plastic stegasorus, a toy beeper, a foam truck and a house made out of magnetic blocks.
The best part? While I was setting them up to take this picture the BIG bodybuilding dude beside me (his biceps have got to be size of my thigh 😳) laughed and showed me his gym bag filled with naked barbies and Lego courtesy of HIS kids 😂

She (one of many) has taught me so much about exercising during pregnancy 🤰 & bouncing back (post pregnancy).... this being said - exercise can be many things, such a walking !!!! This is still a huge impact for you and Bub :) I have seen her struggle, to the point where she wants to give up - but me being me as a coach and a friend I will push her until she cannot anymore! But, that is after learning her limits, her GOALS & her strengths! She is one tough Mama who won’t take any shit!!!!!!!
