To get my name on the list of 1000lbs club sooner or later! 💣💥 Hope God grants me lots of sons so that I will form an army of family😁🔥💣 Daughters are fine but they will equally have to learn how to take responsibility of their own without whining other guys for their rights not even willing to lift their fingers. Fair trade, girls. Do not shame on other girls who have been seriously taking their responsibilities on a daily basis. If you want to compete with men, same rules are to be applied regardless of your genders because you want to be treated just like them. If you really want the same rights as men', you must pay the DUE price. Why don't you acknowledge there are some differences between men and women? Would you be happy if someone tells you to Stop acting being TOO emotional, jealous like losers and Stop taking things way TOO personally? Just think it over with your brain. I found out that I share pretty much similar traits as men' and I know for sure they have been repeatedly told by some girls that they are way TOO cold, aggressive, heartless and cruel just because of the fact that they are straightforward, logical and rational in many cases. But, girls, I would prefer a punch in the face rather than being slandered even without any solid evidence by way Too emotional and coward girls. Anyway, I am talking excluding a category of crazy men and women here cause there is NO way you would EVER be able to succeed having a sober converstion with that kind of people for sure. And, if you ,as a woman, want to succeed in the filed as science, technology, math etc, you would have to pour most of your life into the filed for life. At least 16 hours per a day till your death. This country has given you much freedom. But remember responsibility always goes along with your freedom.
BOTTOMS UP KETTLEBELL WINDMILL‼️ A great warm up...especially when you can’t do Turkish getups because of banged up knees! Any exercise done with the kettlebell in the “bottoms up” position will challenge & strength en your grip/lat strength. It will also “GREASE THE GROOVE”...pattern the correct movement for the exercise. If I didn’t I’d wind up eating to eat the whole pan 🤦♀️😭😖 When I’m too strict it ends up a disaster. But feedback isn’t bad, it’s how we learn 🤔
So now I’m learning to enjoy, savor, and feel good about it 😊😋🤗
In tonight’s live I talked about the cardio vs. strength training and how it affects your body.
Here are 2 pics of me. One was straight cardio one was primarily strength training.
The pic on the left I was 150lbs (strength training). The pic on the right i was probably around 7 lbs heavier (all cardio, marathon training). But my body looks completely different in both.
Strength training shapes your body. Tones your muscles , and overall looks Awesome!
Cardio is great! Don’t get me wrong but strength training (in my opinion) is the ish! 😂😂

Tweaked my back the other week and tried to power through some squats today, unsuccessfully. Does anyone else have that mindset that if you didn’t do one of the big three lifts (squat, bench, dead), that you barely did and it doesn’t count? Lol really silly, I know, but that’s where my mind goes. Since I was only able to get a few sets in before my back started hurting too much and the second vid happened, I did a bunch of accessory leg exercises and definitely still got a good lift in. Just no where near as satisfying 😩 ya feel me? .

Great workout. Feeling awesome. Super busy in the gym tonight. Must be free weights Wednesday lol. It is freezing outside. Short trousers are not the one!! Glad to be home with the heating on. What a great end to Wednesday x
