I know I haven’t been using this account and I’m so sad about it because I am still here & working on myself and improving SLOWLY, but it’s happening. I’ve been so incredibly busy this semester with teaching fitness classes, personal training, work, and PINK Rep things. But, those are all excuses for not putting effort into this account.
That’s exactly what I want to talk about in this post: EXCUSES
We all make excuses, whether you realize it or not. Excuses are made not only in our fitness lifestyles, but work, school, cleaning, social, etc. Why do we make excuses? Fear, lazy, no motivation, don’t care, no time, and so many other reasons. One of my number 1 goals this year is to STOP MAKING EXCUSES. I have dedicated myself to health for the past 3 years, but I have still been making too many excuses to succeed the way I WANT TO. I don’t only make excuses in the health side of life, but in everything else as well. I’m working on getting out of my comfort zone and committing myself to NO EXCUSES. I encourage you to stop making excuses as well and find that reason as to WHY you HAVE to do something or WHY you WANT to do something.
