Can you travel and still attain your goals?
Perspective is everything when it comes to committing yourself to your goals.
You’re either willing to take the time to make it work, or you’re going to make every excuse as to why it can’t.
If you’re committed enough to accomplishing your goals there’s a solution to any given situation!
Here are a few tips on how to stay on track while traveling✈️
📎Pack your daily training essentials with you(supps,clothing,headphones, shoes, shaker 👈🏽always forget this 🙈).
📎Pack healthy snacks with you.
You’ll want foods to snack on while traveling to your destination.
*You may also get caught up, in the event this happens you’ll already be prepared. 📎Call hotel ahead and request a fridge in the event your room doesn’t already have one.
You can then bring essential food items with you, or shop for them once you arrive.
Even if there’s a mini bar, remove the items from it and replace them with yours.
A fridge is a fridge right?
(And no, I don’t mean drink them🤪) 📎Ensure the hotel has a training facility, otherwise map one out close by before you arrive.

📎If you know your travel is going to be hectic schedule your training into your days.
