Let me guess, you are think working out at home would be lonely and boring??
Truth: it is anything but!
I honestly never felt more alone in a crowded room then I went to the gym. I felt like I had no idea what doing and everyone was staring and laughing at me.
When I found these girls and started working out on zoom with girls I felt like I found my people. People who value their health and wellness and do nothing but support each other.
At a gym I would never talk to a soul and now each morning (and at 0400 no less) I get hang out with some of the most BA women I know 😁❤️💪🏼 #teambetterforit
to my personal monthly cycling record. All other people training for competitions, l was just #commuting
January last year was the biggest distance I've done in one month. Crazy almost 600k in just a month. Most days in the graph are 40k in a day. As I have opted for more running and less cycling it seems crazy that that used to be a normal amount of cycling for me.
Also a big contributor to my weight loss last year.
Gosh! I am seriously so NERVOUS! I talk to inmates all day at work like it’s nothing, but getting up in front of my coworkers to give a presentation makes my anxiety go through the roof!!!!! Wish me luck!

Let’s talk about how important sleep is... today was awful, I skipped a lot. I would like to say it was all because of my sore should and back from yesterday, I mean it was part of it, but the real reason was my lack of sleep. Yesterday with the snow day I took naps! Felt great at the time but I should have known it was going to make it incredibly difficult for me to fall asleep and 0400 was going to come awfully quick.. tonight my goal is to be in bed by 2000 and closing my eyes by 2030 so I can really show up tomorrow #sleep #getenoughsleep #sleepmore #nomorenaps
