38yrs old, 4 kids and over a 100lb weight loss from start to finish and this is where I am at and I am perfectly OK with that. This is the first time in my life where I didnt have to "suck it in" and I feel amazing! #workingoutpaysoff
I’m up and ready to push play. Have been feeling cruddy so took a rest day yesterday. But this morning I woke up and knew I needed to move my body and sweat. Yesterday was a super stressful day for me and by the end I was so tense and frazzled. I wondered if part of my tense muscles and body aches was because I didn’t workout yesterday. Don’t get me wrong our bodies need rest but sometimes they also need intentional movement. So, I am modifying where needed to accommodate my asthma and pushing play. Let’s do this!! No excuses!!

Today is a holiday for me. I took the time to sleep in and now I am up and getting ready to push play on my workout! Even on the holidays it is important for me to get my workout in. It has become one of my daily habits and my body rebels when I don’t.
