So I’ve dropped them ⬇️ 1️⃣ You have to be ready. Ready to make a change, have the tough conversations with yourself and make this a priority
2️⃣ START 👏🏼SMALL - try changing one thing and running with that. It doesn’t need to be massive, or a cold turkey scenario
3️⃣ Get yourself a book - like what’s in the picture and write down your Kai. If for nothing else but for you to be conscious about what you are eating 👊🏼
4️⃣ There is no food group off limits ❌ the sooner you get good with the fact that you need to eat a variety of foods, including carbs and fats etc and that there is no FAD diet that will work long term. The better. 5️⃣ You CANNOT out exercise. Bad diet. Period. You need to own what you put in your mouth. - But just be conscious of what you’re eating. .
