Pengalaman hari mgkn menjadi kenangan baginya kelak. Mencoba menjadi Ayah yg berperan bagi tumbuh kembang anak2. Seringnya terdengar istilah Fatherless Country.

Hi there! 🙌🏻Taking some inspo from the lovely Cate Impression Media today. 😘 Here’s five fun facts (maybe?) about me that you may, or may not, know...
1. I love DOGS! 🐶 Big dogs, small dogs, long & short dogs, fat & skinny dogs, young & old dogs. Dogs with spots, fluffy dogs & scruffy dogs. Rescue dogs, Guide Dogs, working dogs and pet dogs. I LOVE dogs! ❤️ And my love for dogs only seems to grow, the older I get. In a perfect world, I’d be a crazy dog lady running my own rescue in the country somewhere! 🐾 However, as a city dweller, I’m grateful that I get to work with dogs every day, volunteer with dogs and come home to my favourite rescue dog too! 🥰 I LOVE dogs! And I’m proud to say I’m raising the next generation of crazy dog ladies too! 👨👩👧👧 2. I’m a vegetarian and have been since I was around 8 years old. I still recall the day I asked Mum about the “farm” we drove past every holidays. Seemed like a strange place for a farm! That was the first time I made the connection between a steak and a cow, a chicken & a CHICKEN 🐔and a sausage and god knows what crap they put in there! 🙈Never again. I’m passionate about all things cruelty free ☮️ Did I mention I LOVE animals? ❤️ and, right or wrong, I’m wary of those who don’t 🤔
3. I love animal print (think fashion , not the raunchy kind) 🤫 and definitely not fur 😡🐰 I’m talking print, and I love that it always seems to be in! 🙌🏻 4. I have two human kids - 8 and 10 - and one fur son who’s age is a mystery! 👨👩👧👧 🐶Like many Mums out there, I’m not sure I’m the best Mum around but I certainly think I deserve an award for effort! 🏅My girls (and my fur son too) seem to genuinely like me, which surprises me at times. Perhaps it’s just their age? But don’t get me wrong, they’re my world and I’m grateful for my beautiful girls (and fur son) and the time I’m able to spend with them, every single day 🙏
5. I’m an introvert (which may surprise some who know me well) but I have a very unpredictable sense of humour that I only truly unleash on those closest to me 🤣🤭 So, any surprises there? Can you relate? Any questions? Ask away 👇🏼 who’s next? 😉
Time is limited, everyone is busy, so try to help yourself with manage your time better.
I usually do these five steps to fill everthing into my to do list:
Declutter your desk, your list, your life,
Plan your day,
Rank your task in term of priority,
Try to be the most effective,
Complete your task no matter what.
Remember kids, we work to live. Not live to work.

Why is this number significant?
Because a recent study says "freelancers, independent contractors and on-demand workers" will comprise approximately 45% of the Canadian workforce by 2020. Um, wow!
Does this come as a surprise to you? It sure shocked the heck out of me!

I've said it before and I'll say it again💬
Without breaks you run the risk of burnout🤕
And with burnout comes dissatisfaction😣
Who wants that?! Not me, thaaaanks🙅♀️
So I'm going to take a break. Will you?🙋♀️
We’re in the thick of winter already, I guess, ha! Anyone else scrambling to get work done with all these snow days? Rest assured, CoHo will be open and ready for you ASAP, and snow days can become your most fun AND productive days. Coffee ☕️ + Kids Area 👯♀️ = Mom gets work done ✅ ! WHO’S EXCITED?!? ❄️😆
This time of year my schedule is packed! My nights and weekend I’m shooting, and then I spend my weekdays editing it all, which doesn’t leave a lot of down time. If I’m being honest, the whole work life balance thing is hard to figure out, especially as a solo entrepreneur. I love what I do, and my clients are awesome, which makes me want to work, but sometimes you just need to take a day or two off. So today and tomorrow, I promised my family I would stay out of the office. Today’s my daughter’s birthday, so once she wakes up, it’s all about having fun and making memories with her. She is growing up so fast, and I don’t want to miss it in the midst of the busyness off life. Tomorrow we’re hosting 15 people for Thanksgiving, so there is a little bit of prep for that as well😳 Hoping everyone can carve out some time to spend with their loved ones this week, and wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
There really is no harm in consistently doing what is best for YOU! Don’t be afraid to say no to things that aren’t working towards your goals or helping you to live your best life 🙋🏼♀️ .
If your friends can’t understand that you would much rather work on yourself than go out drinking, etc, then they aren’t your real friends! People should support you working towards self-improvement, not try to lead you astray!
It’s helpful to proactively prevent stress and cope with it when it comes up, but sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to #accept #stress
. This is particularly true when stress is unavoidable. #acceptance #wednesdaywisdom
I’ve been trying to focus more and more on gratitude. As a strong believer in attraction, I’m focusing on what I want more of. Gratitude also helps me focus on the good in my life. Who doesn’t need more of that?!? For starters, I’m thankful for my family. I have two spirited young boys who are kind, smart, fun-loving, and happy. They have their gifts and they are gifts. And that husband of mine - my love! I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his support in life and in my business. I’m thankful that my husband loves his job and finds camaraderie in his colleagues.
My parents have been incredibly supportive throughout my life. I appreciate their generosity on so many levels. We spent a long weekend near Big Bend and my dad joined us. I was so glad he gifted us with him time. Such fun adventures with grandpa.
The schools we attend have provided an amazing community for the boys and for me. I have been introduced to a wonderful group of women that I’m beyond grateful to call friends. These women make me laugh.
Ladies, you know who you are! Know that I appreciate your support more than words can express.
I’m fortunate to do what I enjoy in both of my businesses (marketing strategy and work-life balance). I work with people who give me the opportunity to use my talents to help them solve challenges. Win-win! I’m grateful for the opportunities and the trust.
I’ll forever be thankful for the amazing connections I’ve made through Mompowerment. Amazing women, who have blown me away with their knowledge, success, abilities, advice, kindness, and overall badass-ness. I’m grateful to have spoken to these women as part of my research and as a result of my research. They have become friends, cheerleaders, partners, and
supporters. And, in turn, I have been able to do the same for them. What a treat!
With all of that in mind I say thank you to the Mompowerment community. Enjoy your time with family & /or friends. Know someone is sending virtual hugs and high fives your way.
And, if you're feeling a moment of gratitude and would like to share, I'd love to hear about it.
