what I’m grateful for immediately when I wake up (instead of turning to social media) and I’m already seeing the positive mental health benefits roughly 2 weeks in.
I now have a mini-log of various things I can sit back and be thankful for that I have in my life. Naturally, I’m most thankful for the people in my life. I know that’s always powerful but seeing that show up over and over again when I open the all goes to show how important having support is in your life.

Every great journey has it’s start... 💜
Over the past few months I have really struggled with my anxiety and depression — after moving cross country, my emotional eating started controlling my life again and I became addicted to sugar over the holiday season.
I gained weight fast that I worked so hard to lose over the past year. I lost focus and intention on bettering myself. It made my depression and anxiety even worse.
With the start of the new year, I knew I needed to change but felt so lost on how — even though I knew how. All I needed to do was to “start.”
I needed motivation. I knew that I had to find the motivation inside myself — WHY I want to change. WHY I want to show up and be intentional.
My WHY is for me. It’s for my future, my family, my health, my mental health, to love myself, and to transform into a better me.
I started new fitness program and cut out all the junk — I’m going to show up and be intentional. I’m going to love myself through this journey and continue to tell myself that I’m a work in progress.

Flaring nostrils, burning legs, and barely made it up onto the couch!!! Wooooowweeeeee!!!! Day 2 on my new fitness program and this 20 minutes, I thought, I was gonna breeze through!!!! WRONG...this 20 minutes is one of the hardest I've done in a long time. Cardio is NOT my jam, add in some crazy burpees and all kind of crazy moves with planks and steppers. Oh my!!! But the benefits of my mind, my body and having a good nights sleep for me last night, I'm not quitting or giving up!!! I'm determined to get results.

Свята довжиною в місяць то для мене зло. А свята+переїзди+ремонт+поганий настрій із-за погоди+купа, просто ціла купа роботи=запливша на 4 кг. Свєта. Але які б там перипетії не були, я завжди, от просто завжди раз в тиждень треную ноги. А от спина за два роки без залу і пів року без підтягувань починає відставати( але тепер в мене турнік і бруси є прямо в хаті і я це все порішаю. Взагалі, мені здається, підтягуваннь і віджиманнь на брусах може виявитись достатньо для вироблення форми, принаймні для дівчини. Решта вправ на верх буду сприймати як додаткові і не сильно їх задрочувати. Подивимось, що з того вийде через місяць-два в режимі турнікмена) Мішу Маваши постараюсь не слухати.
