When you do something enough it becomes a habit, it becomes part of your lifestyle. That’s what fitness is for me. It’s just what I do. I’d be lying if I said I always love going to the gym. To be honest, motivation has been kind of low lately. But I still go, because it’s my routine. Even going and just doing a quick workout feels better than not going at all. I know that I love the feeling of getting stronger and seeing my body change, and sticking with some sort of a routine is the only way to keep progressing. . Homemade BBQ chicken pizza! Also a fave with the kids! 2 soft pitas 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 2 Tablespoons of red onion, chopped 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup of pre-cooked grilled chicken Microwave your chicken until thawed. Then cut it into small pieces. Next spread your BBQ sauce on both Pitas. Put 1/4 cup of cheese on one pita and the other 1/4 of cheese on the other pita. Add your onions and chicken on both pitas and place on a microwaveable plate. Microwave one pita at a time for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Everyone’s looking for a magical way to lose weight. I know it’s hard, I fall off the wagon, too. But there’s no secret. There’s no specific exercise. You can do literally anything that gets your heart rate going. Walk, run, swim, hike, squats, lunges, crunches, rock climb, bike ride, surf, skate, jog, dance, Zumba, jump rope, hop scotch, lift weights, jumping jacks, yoga, aerobics, karate, softball, football, you get my point here... the rest is just nutrition. Stop over eating. Stop eating junk. Cut out the sugary beverages. In a nut shell, it’s just calories in vs calories out for each day. You don’t need to spend money, you don’t need a gym membership, but yes it can help with motivation to be around others working out or taking classes to learn. If you’re unable to get a membership, get outside or do ANYTHING in your house. You can exercise doing housework. All you need is consistency & discipline. That is all! 🙏🏼 . <久しぶりの途中経過> 2018.05.01 61kg 2018.07.21 54.7kg💕 . 7月の頭に54kg台突入! でも誕生日、生理、海外からの友人の来日等 食べたり飲んだりする機会が多く 食事制限と筋トレが難しかったです。。。 . . . それでも、夜の炭水化物❌ お酒は焼酎のみ!で 56kgに一旦戻ることはあっても 55kg54kg台をキープ! . . . それからお通じ改善されました💩💕 朝のバナナ+牛乳+メープロシロップ(蜂蜜)+イージーファイバーのスムージーで毎日すっきり🙏💕 . . . あとは7月の目標だった筋トレを 残りの日数で頑張ります! . . < progress report in a while> 2018.05.01 61kg 2018.07.21 54.7kg💕 .
