But in all seriousness, a lot of times people I meet think I always eat clean or count every macro, when that's not the case at all. I'm currently aiming for around 3800 calories a day, and although this pizza is like 2700 😆 ill probably eat half now, half later and that still leaves me some room to spare for a high protein and micronutrient dense meal. You don't always have to eat clean just know ur limits and have balance 👍🏼
