Week one on #ww
and I’m pleasantly surprised. This is actually technically one week and two days- I started tracking last Monday but wanted my weigh in day to be Wednesday’s. Last Wednesday I was already down 1.4 in just water weight, but after the weekend I had I was honestly going to be happy with any loss. To my elation I was down another 2.6 this morning for a total of 4 since starting back!
I honestly wasn’t sure how this week was going to go after the weekend I had but it goes to show that when you’re consistent you can have a little off day and still be ok- as long as you don’t allow it to derail you completely. Some tricks I found helpful this week
💪🏼made sure to get in 5 workouts. Even the days I couldn’t make it to CrossFit I did some kind of workout. I also made sure I got up and got to CrossFit on Saturday morning before our day of fall activities.
🥗 I made sure I was consistent throughout the other days. I took full advantage of my #weeklies
and even rolled some over from a few of my days. 🍎🍌🥒🥦🥚🍗 I made sure to incorporate plenty of 0fsp foods to keep me full when I knew i would be eating heavier point foods.
👍🏼I made sure I got back on track. Sunday was a little hard but I ate my low point foods and then had dinner with the in laws. It was delicious and worth it. I made sure Monday morning I got fully back on track.
💧💧💧I cannot stress enough how important water is. I drank about 120 oz of water Monday and Tuesday (what I typically drink in a day) and it not only helped me stay full but it definitely helped flush out the sodium and any water weight from the weekend.

All the food today... I skipped breakfast... I know bad 🙈 but had a tasty lunch of everything in the fridge that needs eating on toast 🤷 (Nimble bread 3SP 🍞, flora light 1SP, tomatoes 0SP 🍅, Chicken breast meat 0SP, 10gs of cheese 🧀2SP egg X2 🥚) then for an afternoon snack I had a tea with a drop (like less than a table spoon) so I didn't count SP 🤷 of skimmed milk 🥛 and fibre one carrot cake bar 🥕 (4SP). Dinner was another bad one doh! But still within points, I really fancied takeaway so this is definitely better than the 40SP Chinese! I had 6SP worth of chips 🍟, 5SP worth of chicken dippers, 3SP worth of onion rings 🌰 and some peas & sweetcorn with light mayo (1SP). Variation on a Theme (mug-muffin 🎶). Introducing my Peanut Butter & Jelly Breakfast Cake. All this deliciousness for 5sp.
25g chocolate protein powder (I used #horleyssculpt
), 1t chia seeds, 1t apple fibre (or you could use psyllium husks), 1 weetbix, ¼c all-bran, 2T almond milk, 1 egg. Mix together and spread in a silicone omelette maker. Sprinkle one half with 1t LSA. Cook in microwave for 3:40. Turn out onto plate, LSA side down, spread with prepared Pb2 (1 serve), fat free yoghurt, and raspberries. Fold over so LSA side is on top. DEVOUR!!!
