Friday night pizza, salad and ice cream!! 🍕🍕🥗🍦 I usually do 2 ing dough pizza but for the sake of time I did the Lavash (2pts whole piece) and boy was it good!! It’s super thin but it was still really filling 🙌🏻 Trader Joe’s Mozz (2pts) and 4 Turkey Pepperonis sliced (0pts) and roasted red peppers (0) Counted my side salad as 3 pts!

Non-Scale Victory!!! I bought these thinking I grabbed the size 5. When I got home I saw it was a size 3. 🤔 So for the hell of it I tried it on to see how far I had to go to fit them. 🙌 Holy Shit Balls!!! They fit me. #nonscalevictory

Jude’s dinner requests are pretty simple. Cheese pizza, Mac and cheese, chicken so for a Friday night it was easy to say yes to pizza. I tried the @caulipowered
crust and added zero pt marinara and Tj lite mozz. It came out to 7sp for 1/3 of the Pizza!! It’s definitely not a large pizza but my portion was satisfying. The crust is made from cauliflower. It definitely has a cauliflower taste but he didn’t notice. I snuck in some veggies and had a low point pizza. #winningatdinner
So we stopped for the night in Kansas and the hotel I booked is in a kinda shady area #oops
. Since I was going out to pick up dinner we kept it simple and I grabbed Qdoba. We haven’t had it in years probably, but it was good! Avert your eyes though, because this is faaaaarrr from #ww
friendly. I got all the good stuff and also picked up a 6-pack of beer to celebrate the fact that we finished all the mountain driving for this trip! This was one stressed out momma and I’m so happy it’s behind us 🙌🏻. Only 1.5 more days of driving 💃🏼
Sole essentials to creating a perfect snack or meal replacement. My Pumpkin Pecan Chocolate Chip Granola Bars are so filling, I only need some fruit to go with it and I am stuffed. Also, a big glass of water to go with it of course! I do love eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I find that I am more satisfied if I eat small, well balanced meals throughout the day!

Breakfast was hashbrown eggs with velveeta and one of my favorite combos, grapes with toasted coconut vanilla yogurt - 4sp
Brought a Power Punch flavored Bang to my son’s appt - it was delicious. It tasted like a fruit by the foot at first then more like fruit punch - 0sp
Lunch was huhot Mongolian grill - 21sp
Supper was my cauliflower chicken fried rice leftovers - 1sp
Out for dinner tonight for my friends birthday, we went to an Italian. I had pollo al forno which was really nice, probably not the best option but definitely not the worst, still out on the gin, it is national #ginandtonicday
