Lunch and dinner 👍
I didn’t feel great this morning, my stomach was off so for lunch I had a piece of toast with PB, blackberry @smuckersbrand
jam, hemp hearts & chia seeds 🍞🥜, few strawberries 🍓 and @cedarjuices.
🍊💛 The juice tastes like sunshine in a bottle ☀️ (my toddler asked for some orange juice, he had a sip and told me it was spicy, he’s not a ginger fan) 😂 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Dinner was breakfast. Turkey bacon, 2 slices of normal bacon 🥓,strawberries (kiddo told me I needed to eat them 🍓) eggs 🥚 scrambled in coconut oil 🥥 with hot sauce and grape tomatoes 🍅
