Tonight’s dinner was shrimp, veggies and cheese bread. I made this to replace the garlic cheese bread everyone else in my family gets to eat. Sara Lee bread with spray butter and fat free cheese. I had another piece but ate it before I could take a picture!

I pretty much followed my plan perfectly this weekend after knowing Thursday was my cheat day, which hopefully means another DietBet win tomorrow. I talked myself out of starting LIIFT4 pretty much every day last week, which is annoying because if I had just started it, I would have been done right before my birthday, and how fun would that be to celebrate my progress? Two Ingredient Dough Veggie pizza. Cut in 8 slices for 2 points each. I cup each self rising flour (I whisked garlic powder and oregano in to the flour) and Nonfat Greek yogurt mixed well, 1/2 cup Midi’s pizza sauce, 1/2 cup skim mozzarella. I added chopped tomatoes and bell peppers for some veggie toppings. Bake pizza crust (mine is rolled in a 13x9 pan sprayed lightly with coconut oil) 5 mins on 425 or until light brown, top pizza crust with chosen ingredients and cook another 8 mins or however you like the crust. I like mine crispy and thin. #wwfreestyle
And I’m back on track today! I was afraid I wasnt going to close all my Apple rings since I skipped doing a morning workout but I went for a 49 minute walk with @fitpoints4beer_ww
and racked up enough exercise minutes and calories burned to close all my rings! And is walking considered a workout ?!? My weekly goal is to workout 6 days so not sure this counts ??? 🤔🤔
All my meals were within points and I ended my day with 23/23 points! However, I’m still totally bloated from the chinese food I had yesterday. And I definitely did not drink enough water today. So tomorrow I’ll be working out and drinking more water!!

Growing up, I spent every Saturday morning glued to the TV with a big bowl of cereal in my lap. We didn’t have cable, but the local channel would play reruns of Disney and Nickelodeon shows Saturday from 7 AM until noon, so it was the only time my siblings and I got to watch the “cool shows”. 😂 So yesterday morning, my husband and I curled up on the couch and watched some tv while munching on the cereal samples we got from @thecerealschool
like we were kids again. One serving is only 1 sp which is a steal compared to my beloved Cap’n Crunch. 😋 They sent us a half serving of two different flavors, fruity and cinnamon bun, and I obviously chose fruity. 🙈 It reminded me a lot of Froot Loops. I didn’t get a picture of the cinnamon bun because my husband had devoured all but one piece 🙄 by the time I poured my bowl, but it was pretty good! It almost reminded me of a cinnamon sugar Cheerio if that’s a thing? Overall, we liked them both, and we are excited to see what other flavors they come up with! (Knock off Reese’s puffs maybe? 😬) Also, a huge thank you to the team at @thecerealschool

I cooked those puppies in the air fryer with EVOO spray, salt, and pepper and then I added the sauce later.
8 SP for 6oz of wings, 1 SP for 2T buffalo sauce (Moore’s is my fave, I also add lemon pepper. The combo is ballin’ ...just trust a girl), salad with homemade ranch, tomatoes, eggs, peppers, 1T real bacon bits (1 SP), and the yummiest peppered turkey breast I got from Sprouts!

LONG CLICHE POST ALERT: I had the most amazing weekend. On Friday a good friend of mine had her gender reveal and found out she was having a baby girl and then her boyfriend proposed 🎀💍 Saturday I had my first official dress fitting. When I got measured last August, my measurements put me between sizes and I told the woman to order the smaller one but when the dress came in back in January, it didn’t button. There may only be a few pounds between then and now but the dress fit perfectly. I actually jumped up and down when she buttoned the last button 👰🏻 My fiancé and I got our new furniture delivered to our house which was super exciting because we’ve been living with just a mattress and a tv for the past month 🏡 we had our family over for pizza and I was so in control. It wasn’t about food like it always has been. I was just so happy in the moment. I have NEVER felt that before and it was an amazing feeling. Today I organized my house and packed for my bachelorette party!! I can’t wait to spend the weekend with some of my favorite people 🍾 Okay I’ll stop the rambling, just wanted to share my non scale victories. I wanted to try Taco Bell’s power bowl & for Taco Bell it was pretty decent! The entire bowl was 13 #smarties
. It had 🐔, RF sour cream, 🧀, guac 🥑, seasoned rice, black beans, lettuce, pico, & 🥑 ranch sauce!
Even though it wasn’t bad, Chipotle is king👑 when it comes to 🌯 bowls, & I prefer their version! I can also eat at Chipotle for less than 13 #smartpoints
... so lesson learned! 👏🏼
I got a 🔵 today, though! That makes 3️⃣ for the week so far! My plan is to get a few miles in tomorrow morning... I’m getting nervous for the half so I’m trying to get miles in wherever I can. Tomorrow it will be exactly 2 months until the race... & I have a kind of sick feeling in my stomach 🤢 I have a 5K on Saturday & then a 10K in August... & then the BIG one in September 😳

Sunday morning dinner is my go-to Asian noodle dish when I need a filling, low-point dinner. This one is a game changer so if you haven’t tried it already you are missing out. So delicious and only 4sp for this entire bowl!

this cart isn’t pretty and full of produce + protein, but it is a real life “quick before the week starts” run for a few essentials. the bread is 1sp a piece (i use for my morning french toast!), NF greek yogurt (2 ingredient dough, sour cream substitute), quick brown rice (3sp for 1c of this brand), pretzel snaps (3sp for 24 pretzels), light lemonade aaaand sugar-free pudding that i top with whipped cream and sprinkles when i’m running low on dessert points (2sp). everything in this basket plays a big part in keeping me on track.
