cobb salad with the classic nuggets (8 points) and 2 tablespoons of @bolthousefarms
yogurt ranch dressing (2 points). I could have gotten the grilled nuggets but I had room for the extra points so I don't feel the slightest bit of regret🤷
Breakfast was my usual, banana & a vanilla protein shake iced coffee - 2sp
Lunch was a ham & cheese sandwich with popchips, unsweetened applesauce & baby carrots - 6sp
Had to try these Murray sugar free shortbread cookies from Walmart - they’re 4sp for 8 cookies 😳 - I had 2 for 1sp
Supper was a ham & cheese omelet with hashbrowns and some sf syrup - 3sp
Dessert was a fiber one chocolate chip brownie - 4sp

! Day 2 is all about our favorite ZERO Point food & honestly, I really can’t pick just one. Today’s lunch was full of my favorites & a perfect example of utilizing zero point foods! The burrito bowl had chicken breast, beans, corn, onions, & butternut squash ALL ZERO! It also had 1/4 cup of brown rice for 2 pts. Toppings were NF Greek yogurt & salsa, also ZERO & reduced fat cheese (1) & guacamole (1). This lunch kept me full all afternoon. Hands down, my go-to zero point itemS are eggs + bananas! I make this weekly!! Mash up 1 🍌+ 1 🥚 and cook them in Pam spray! SO good and only 1sp if you add sugar free syrup. #7DaysForEveryBody
