Almost two weeks into my @ww online journey and I’m really enjoying the process 🌸 I never thought that I could pack my lunches and make healthy dinners but here we are and it’s totally doable 😋 I’m super pumped to continue and see all the changes that are coming, non scale victories and all! ❤️
I don’t know why I do it, I just always have. I barely eat anything until after I get weighed. Unfortunately my weigh in is at 5.30pm which I hate coz I always weigh less of a morning lol so I steer clear of heavy things all day and then try not to touch a thing after 1pm unless it’s a mouthful of water and then I also go to the toilet as soon as I get to my meeting before I jump on the scales, I also used to take off my Fitbit lol coz I’m sure that helped 😂😂 Does anyone else have any silly rituals on weigh in day?
I can't pick just one go to zero point food for the #7DaysForEverybody so ill name a few.. Chicken obvi, veggies, beans, and eggs anything I can throw together an make a bowl out of that is 0SP. And fruit there is a TON of 0SP fruits 🌟
Another @ww@blueapron meal: Coconut Chicken and Bok Choy Curry. The whole plate was 14sp, and I had saved that many for dinner, but I wasn't that hungry, so I ate half for 7sp and got a little dessert later! 😍 Very good! ♥️
