Wowza!!! What an amazing week! I made it to the 140s and I’m almost at my goal of 145!!! Only three pounds to go! I’ve been fighting for the 140s for months now. Realistically I’d love to be 135-140 with a low body fat %. But I think I will just focus on maintenance and muscle gains and see what feels best for my body! Sooo excited. To think I started at 275 is crazy. I just never imagined actually being here. Breakfast is egg whites, hash browns, and Jones Canadian bacon for #4sp

sugar free salad dressing! I knew it was time to whip my ass in gear when yesterday my coworker said, "Whoa, a salad for lunch! Going healthy today huh?" 1 tsp. Pam olive oil spray (0 FSP)
1 can cannelloni beans drained and rinsed (0 FSP)
2 15 oz cans fire roasted diced tomatoes (0 FSP)
6 cups spinach (0 FSP) I didn’t add spinach as one person who dined with didn’t care for spinach.
Pepper and salt to taste
I dumbed all ingredients into my instant pot and set Manuel timer to 30 mins closed valve and let the pot do the work! Easy clean up one pot mess! ok so I rather optimistically pointed this at 25 ! Christmas will always be my downfall, I'm expecting gains but I won't turn down the opportunity to enjoy this time of year with loved ones. Hopefully I can limit my damage slightly ! I'm already 1lb up on the scales but I don't weigh in until tomorrow officially. Wish me luck !

If you need me today, I’ll be in best resting and healing. I was feeling so good and wanted to go back to work early and my doctor pulled the rug from under me and said to stay at home and chill. Very hard for me to do! Enjoying some 0% Greek yogurt, pineapple, and granola. Not sure the points on the granola. I’m tracking as 5sp and moving on. I’m still watching what I’m eating but not really counting points right now. My body needs to heal and I’m not trying to force anything. Focusing on quality nourishing ingredients.
Chicken Alfredo Pizza 🍕

Preheat oven to 400. Cook tortilla wrap for 10 minutes. Remove. Spread most of 1/4 cup of alfredo sauce on wrap as base, add 4 oz of shredded grilled chicken and desired amount of spinach, sprinkle 1/3 cup of cheese and chopped red onion. Broil pizza for 2-3 to melt cheese and warm remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining warmed alfredo sauce. Cut in slices & enjoy!
