I made a yummy fall salad with leftover grilled pork tenderloin (2sp), sweet potato (1sp), beets (0sp), and goat cheese (2sp). I made a vinaigrette with this apricot white balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. olive oil (1sp). Next time I’d add some kind of toasted nuts, but this was delicious! .

Pit stop for lunch at Burger King. I had a 2SP yogurt and grapes earlier. Lunch is value size onion rings 5SP and a Whopper Jr 10SP. The grilled chicken sandwich was the same points as the burger and I’d rather have a burger so that’s what i did! Also it would have been 7SP for the burger if I skipped the mayo but I think that’s one of the best parts of a Whopper so I got it. Yummy treat lunch for 15SP. Now onto the last two hours until I get home sweet home.

Crappy lighting but my dinner was 4oz rib eye, Brussels, and delicata squash. #6sp 😋 I’ve been doing a boot camp/HIIT style work out for three weeks now and it has me hangry for some red meat. But I can already see my arms getting some muscles and definition and I love it. I can actually do a push up 💪🏼
