As Instagram is a platform to share beautiful moments wether if it is someones real life or not I think it’s so important to share bad moments, days or situations, too. Because no one in this world has only these perfect moments in his or hers life. ✨ I woke up this morning and just realized a light headache. I often get this type of headache when I went to bed with so much thoughts in my head the night before. I have no problems to fall asleep but I take these negative thoughts with me in my dreams and it feels like I’m dreaming the whole night about these crazy things. So after such a night I wake up in the morning and feel like someone throws stones on my head the whole night. ✨ In the past I ignored these feelings or emotions and forced me to go on and put a (false) smile on my face. Today I ask myself: Is there something I can change in my life? As our world and society has become so fast it is difficult or even impossible for our minds to keep up. What I do in these situations is to slow down. For example: Today I visited my mum. I just wanted to be away from the loud, noisy city, busy and stressed people. Luckily my mum has a big garden. So we sat in the garden enjoying the sun, had some coffee and talked about our problems. And this is the point: You have to talk to someone. Emotions get stronger if you don’t talk about it. ✨ Second point is to slow down. Many people think (in their world) it’s not allowed to do nothing - lying on the couch, watch TV or whatever. But your body and mind needs this so much to recover and reflect. It’s like a reset. ✨ My personal way is also to put my emotions in my Yoga practice. For example in Yin Yoga I get so emotional when holding the pose and go through my thoughts at the same time. ✨ As we’re all humans these are normal feelings. It’s like yin & yang, fire & water - good and bad moments also called balance 😊✨.

PERSISTÊNCIA E paciência! Quando dizemos que para se alcançar um objetivo, seja o de emagrecer, de ganhar massa muscular ou de melhorar o condicionamento físico de forma geral, é necessário dedicação e esforço, realmente não estamos falando por falar. Você precisa lembrar que não engordou de um dia para o outro só porque foi a um rodízio. Nem está sem resistência para correr porque deixou de treinar uma semana. Tampouco é magrinho demais só porque um dia esqueceu de treinar, comer e descansar bem. Todas essas coisas são resultado de vários anos. Sim, nosso corpo leva algum tempo para se adaptar ao nosso estilo de vida. E sim de novo, nosso corpo é reflexo da nossa rotina, das nossas escolhas, da nossa saúde mental e do que fazemos com ele ao longo do tempo. Vários estudos mostram que as adaptações metabólicas resultantes da prática de exercícios físicos acontecem e são cumulativas, ou seja, elas acontecem aos poucos e vão se tornando cada vez mais aparentes conforme os ganhos vão sendo conquistados. É um processo demorado. Se você está há anos assim, por que quer mudar em poucos dias? O processo precisa ser constante e os treinos e dieta saudável devem fazer parte da sua rotina, assim como o trabalho, os estudos, o sono... O mais difícil é não se perder ao longo do caminho e não parar! Eu sei, não é fácil... Mas estou aqui para te ajudar!

Hoy,día 15,hace 1 año me operaron de una hernia discal lumbar...gracias a dios,todo salió bien y me “arreglaron” mi doloroso y molesto problema. Jamás pensé q hiciera yoga,jamas pensé q podría hacer las poses y asanas q hago,así q os digo q con ACTITUD,PRÁCTICA Y PACIENCIA,se puede 💪🏼 Gracias a todos mis seguidores y sobre todo a las mujeres q me siguen,me motivan,me inspiran y me dan fuerza para seguir haciéndolo.Las mujeres debemos de estar unidas... Os animo a seguir y a hacer todo lo q os propongáis,vivimos de nuestros sueños y de nuestras ilusiones,así q seguiremos haciendo lo q nos hace felices. Domingo!!Seguimos con sol!😎 No quiero ni pensar en mañana después de estos 4 días de fiesta...😫 Me dio tiempo a 2h de yoga con calor del sol☀️ 🤩 Hoy vídeo calentando handstand...la primera parte mas pegada a la pared,practicando handstandpress q veo imposible de hacer sin pared...y la segunda parte mas separada de la pared ejercitando flexibilidad de piernas y hombros.
