Surrender to the art of making yourself a priority and discover the seed of Divine Love within. We must take time out for ourselves to connect with our mind, body, breath and spirit.
When we connect with the frequency of allowance, we cultivate an attitude of “come what may”. We harness no ill judgements, or opinions to the experiences that come to our doorstep. Instead, we enjoy the dance of the life we have been given along with the chances to expand our awareness without fear, without resistance.
Often, this becomes easier as we start to uncover the connection of growth through those experiences. We see that past turbulence, hurt and confusion have prepared us, and given us the tools to move forward and grow. This understanding opens doors to the beautiful tapestry of life and we begin to see that we can move on from current challenges and focus on that which we truly want. This creates a path to turn negative past experiences into love and learning. Deep within there is a guiding voice to prepare us to let go and emerge from those things that are no longer helpful. The Inner Peace we seek is within always. However, we must stop long enough to see it. Then, we can make space for something more. We must retreat and reevaluate ourselves constantly. Stay aware.
I just started to actually practice yoga everyday now. I’m living in Oslo for a few weeks and therefore have some limits to what I can do over here (work wise/money/time etc). So today I tried #yinyoga
for the first time! Such a talented teacher! It was really good! He also gave a few tips when it comes to #handstands
. My arms was way to far from one another and my shoulder flexibility is poor. But just with those two adjustments my handstand was changed completely. Not the longest handstand on the video, but a major difference in what I used to do. 🙏🏼 thanks to you yin master 😜

Если ввязываешься в отношения с парнем, то чётко знай свой интерес. Ради чего? Развитие, любовь, кэш, семья, ништяки. .
Ради этого, ты отказываешься от лидерства в своем деле, реализации, роста. Ну если, конечно, этот парень не способен, не желает, не хочет, не может и т.д. расти с тобой вместе
Помни, если от появления Его, твоя жизнь не станет лучше, подумай: надо ли оно тебе? Туда ли ты вписываешься?
И я сейчас не о роли содержанки пишу.
Здесь другое, если понимаешь.
Сама по себе, моя дерзкая камбала🙃, ты никому ничего не должна, кроме своего мужика. А без мужика - вобще никому. Если мужика нет - можно всех слать. Если мужик есть - его слать нельзя （это важно.)

Everytime i posted a pic of me in mandukasana i got a lot of comments like „i wish i‘d be as flexible as you“. The truth is, it was a long way for me til i nailed and more importantly - until i felt comfortable in it. I stretch for at least 20 minutes until i feel comfortable in mandukasana. I don‘t hop on my mat and come staight into frog😄
Here are some tips for the pose:
1- from all fours, walk your knees as far apart as they will allow comfortably, without straining. The inside knife edge of your feet should be touching the ground, knees bent to 90-degree-angles.
2- Exhale, and while engaging your core, lower down to your forearms, making sure your elbows are stacked right below your shoulders.
3- Now soften the heart and the belly and allow your hips to draw back and down.
BEGINNERS: if this is too intense, try bringing your feet towards one another, big toes touching, the tops of the feet facing down. Make sure your gaze is straight down. We want to keep the spine elongated and of course we don’t want to hurt our necks

Not being able to touch your toes in a forward fold doesn’t make you bad at yoga, me being able to almost touch my elbows in a forward fold doesn’t make me good at yoga - all it means is that you might have tighter hamstrings than me! Yoga is not measured by our physical flexibility or our physical strength, because there is no such thing as being good or bad at yoga. Yoga is a practice, it’s a daily ritual. So show up on your mat, show compassion and kindness towards others and especially towards yourself, breathe – that is yoga. #yoga #yogapractice #yogainspiration
Two variations of a puppy pose, both open up the shoulders and chest, and help with the spine’s flexibility. One is a passive pose and the second one is an active pose. Neither is better than the other. Don’t focus on how advance your poses are in your practice but rather how they feel. Focus on being able to breathe in the pose and listen to your body, it’s your greatest teacher. I love both of these variations, but to be honest with you I do the first one way more often than the second one! What’s your favourite puppy pose?
